We loved our stay at Vista Cay! It was very spacious and would recommend 150%! We have three teenagers and with the 5 of us, we need something bigger than a regular hotel room. From the super clean bathrooms to the perfect kitchen and laundry room, our visit to the O'town was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. Would rate higher if I could.

This unit had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Parking readily available outside our unit. The pool & pool bar was very nice. Close to EPIC Universe 5 mins by car. Having an in unit laundry was a plus. Would stay again. The listing is exactly as the unit appeared. We have stayed at other VRBO's ....This was exactly as listed. Thanks

Great Location/ Lovely Condo

The condo was Huge and spacious giving us room to spread out after spending long days at the parks. It was easy to get to all the parks - we did Hollywood Studios, Sea World, and Universal. It was convenient to get to the grocery store and the Walgreens, which we walked to. I would definitely recommend!

Vista Cay amazing

Love staying here! Our 4th time staying in Vista Cay. Repeat customer to same renter. Very close to Sea World, Universal, stores, restaurants, and the convention center. Maybe 20 minutes drive to Disney. Very quiet area and peaceful and relaxing. Villa has everything needed. Full kitchen and private washer/dryer and the 2 bathrooms all are greatly appreciated. Love it here and will be back!

The condominium and the property were beautiful. My family enjoyed staying there and enjoyed the location. We planned on bringing a small dog and paid a pet deposit but then ended up boarding the pet. After paying all our fees, we tried to reach out to see if it was possible to get a refund for the pet deposit. After several attempts and no response, we realized we were not going to get any response from property management or the owner. Great place but don't expect to have any support once they get your money.

Spacious Apt, Convenient locale

Checked in and couldn’t get the air to function, the property manager was incredible and showed up in 5min to correct the situation. I would have given it a 5 star rating but something was disturbing. Garbage is placed in a bin in the hall just outside the units front door. Absolutely unsanitary, the halls had a garbage odor and we found a few roaches in the unit. Unacceptable !

John, I'm so sorry if neighbors were not properly bagging / tying their trash when you stayed. It is seldom a problem as the bins are emptied daily and, if required, they are cleaned and disinfected by our staff. I do so wish that you had reported the other issue immediately. It is Florida but I agree that is unacceptable. Our pest control company didnt find any trace of insects but they completed a thorough treatment to be certain.

Beautiful condo!

We just returned from staying at this beautiful condo. It was even prettier and roomier than the pictures portray. We are condo snobs when traveling and this exceeded our expectations in size and cleanliness. The pool area was gorgeous and not overly crowded when we went. It is also conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Lin was more than gracious at responding to all of my questions and gave great recommendations for eating out, grocery, and activities. I highly recommend staying here. My sons can be hard to please but no one was ready to go home.

Great place!

In town for a volleyball tournament so the location was fantastic as it was a quick 5min drive to the convention center. Could walk to the grocery (but it was hot so I drove). Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Owners were great to work with and the check-in/out process was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! Super quiet and beautiful!

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. Beautiful decorations and furniture. So much space and loved relaxing on the screened in patio every night. Plenty of space for everyone and awesome high chair and pack n Play for our infant.

Exceeded Expectations!

The property was as advertised! Fantastic! We attended an event at the Orlando Convention Center, and the property was only a couple of miles from the convention center. The location was perfect, the unit was spotless, and the Vista Cay complex is a safe gated community. There is absolutely not one negative thing I can say about our experience! It was a 10!!!!!
