Host was great and responsive. The place was not all that clean upon arrival. Could have used a one over with a vacuum to say the least

Thanks for the honest feedback. We’re glad we were responsive, but we dropped the ball on the clean and totally get why that left a bad taste. We’re already tightening up our final checks, especially floors and the overall walkthrough before check-in. We appreciate you calling it out.
