Wonderful house & location!

Our group really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location and a short drive to Broadway. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and loved the rooftop patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

This property was great for my brothers bachelor party. View from the roof was unbelievable. Chandler was very responsive and the house was clean and close to everything that nashville has to offer.

Great property in growing area

We really enjoyed the property and its location, not too close and not too far from all of the action. It was fun watching a thunderstorm come in from the rooftop. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Girls Trip

This property was absolutely perfect! There were 8 of us girls and with all the rooms and bathrooms we never felt like we were in each other's way. The rooftop patio was so nice at night! You cannot beat the location, so close to everything. The host's are very friendly and very responsive. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a delightful stay in The Aviator. Comfortable, plenty of space, everything we needed & close to Nashville attractions. Uber/car is necessary. Walking is not recommended.

This was a really great property! It’s close to downtown but without being in downtown. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. It is mostly bunk beds in the room so if you are a group of adults be prepared for that! However was a great time and would love to book a stay with this property owner again!

Magical Rooftop Deck

We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck and it was magical. There was a wet bar at top of steps which made it easy to have snacks and drinks in the comfortable sofas and table. We felt like royalty. The beds were super comfy and the primary suite was a gem. Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Would stay again!!!

Fantastic four-story home in Nashville Tennessee

I cannot rave enough about this property. Everything was just top notch. The location was great just a quick Uber ride to Broadway. The layout of the home was simply beautiful four stories. Beautiful furniture linens and views from the rooftop deck which was icing on the cake. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone! Thank you Kim and Chandler.

Great spot to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. Great view of downtown and just a 10 min ride to Broadway. The house was comfortable for several people and the host was helpful and just a text away. Several of the neighboring properties are rentals too, so the chances are good you're making friends. Consider this location if your visiting Nashville.

Best Bachelor Weekend Ever

The property was immaculate. We all walked in and said “wow”. Everything was in perfect shape and none of the details were cheaped out on. The 7 of us slept comfortably all in our own beds. The rooftop’s views are top notch. Couldn’t sing higher praises.

Great weekend stay!

Highly recommend! We had a great girls weekend in Nashville, wish the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck. Only a short ride to downtown.
