Private sitting and eating area on back deck surrounded by a beautiful garden of grass and flowers and two large shade trees. Easy walk to downtown Medford, restaurants, food trucks, and shopping. Easy drive to hiking trails, Rogue River, wineries, and wilderness adventures.

Parking was easy on the street or in the driveway, the back yard is fenced so we didn't need to worry about our dog wandering off, the quality of the furnishings was excellent! I got a better night's sleep in the comfy bed than I get at home! We love this place and will keep coming back when we are in the area.

This house made a wonderful home base for exploring the Rogue Valley. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied for a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet at all hours and convenient to everything. We visited during a heat wave but our hosts made sure the house was cool when we arrived, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again while in the area.

Upon arrival the house was easy to check in, but the back door was wide open. The detached garage side door was open with some keys hanging in a lock. That was just a strange situation, having to make sure I wasn’t walking in on anyone. The fans and the window A/C units were blasting, but it was still pretty warm in the front rooms.The place could use a very thorough deep cleaning as there are spiderwebs in corners all around. There was a coffee pot, but only the wrong shaped filters were available. Overall, it’s a quirky spot compared to other VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. The place suited our needs for the price as we didn’t hang out there very much.

Holly House was a great place for our adventure out to Crater Lake. We also enjoyed some local wineries. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed to enjoy cooking in.
