San Francisco 1 bedroom deluxe condo - near Union Square

This incredible one bedroom condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Canterbury at San Francisco is located at the heart of downtown San Francisco. This resort is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars at Union Square, an two blocks from the city's world famous car system. The car system can take you to the golden gate bridge, fisherman's wharf, and china town. The resort has a fitness center, computer room, and game room.

The condo available for rent is a one bedroom condo. The condo comes with a partial kitchen with an electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator, cookware and dishes. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom. The living room has a couch that turns into a queen size sofa sleeper with a flat screen TV. There are complimentary laundry rooms on each floor of the resort building.

The rental is for the entire condo unit. The resort amenities are shared by all resort condos.

Parking is not included with the rental. Nearby self-parking is available at Butterick Garage (840 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94109). Compact and Standard vehicles are $40.00 per night and oversize vehicles are $50.00 per night with in/out privilege. All rates expire at 1PM on day of check out.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Great location near Union Square. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Out room was a one bedroom with a small semi kitchenette. This is a vacation club so expect to be solicited to listen to their sales pitch but it was easy to pass on this offer. Friendly staff makes the stay enjoyable.

What an amazing place! Staff was absolutely wonderful...especially Dino! He was so helpful and friendly! We were upgraded to a three bedroom suite that was HUGE! We each had our own room and bathroom! My sister thought she was staying in another wing it was so big! Super clean and very nice location. Easy to get around and a cool neighborhood. The rental is very comfortable, with a kitchenette and living room. The pull out sofa bed was quite comfortable as well. The location is near many shops and restaurants. Staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

I received a phone call a week prior to the stay from the property manager outlining EVERYTHING I needed to know which was great. Very informative and the place was spotless. From the lobby to the room this place is a gem. Would stay here again. Has bars, coffee and restaurants close by. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Free washer and dryer down the hall which was a plus, had a one bedroom condo in the middle of San Fran had a place to work and my bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was great plenty of towels water pressure good nice lighting. Love this place but San Fran needs to do something about the homeless they are everywhere.

Wonderful property!

This property is absolutely fantastic. Walkable to just about everything SanFran has to offer. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable after a day of exploring the city. The host, Michael, was very helpful throughout the process and very friendly. I would book this stay again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated all the information provided prior to check in (about what to say when checking in since it's a timeshare property... We avoided having anyone try to sell us a timeshare :)- yay!). The location was fantastic, the 1 bedroom suite was PERFECT for us and our teenager, we LOVED having the free laundry on the floor, the suite was very comfortable and well appointed, and the staff at the resort were super helpful. We would most definitely stay here again!

Nice place—but they push the timeshare

Nice property with big rooms and amenities. The only annoying part is the pushing of the timeshare on my family. Didn’t expect that at all renting from a Vrbo. We were there for my mom COL and it was really unexpected and something that should not happen as a short term renter

Tight Space for Two

The common spaces at the Wyndham were very nice, however, the 1 bedroom suite was in need of attention. On our first night, the closet door fell off. The drapery pull in the bedroom did not open on one side and the bedroom was very tiny with no room for our luggage. The bathroom, kitchette and living room were quite small but nice.

Excellent Location

The property is inviting and has most of what you would expect. The vending machines were broken. The shampoo was refilled within 5 minutes upon request, but we arrived later in the day and it was not hospitable to take our first shower upon arrival without shampoo! A good deep cleaning of the room is needed. Surface cleaning was definitely being done regularly, but attention to detail was lacking.

You Can’t Beat the Location

Firstly, the location was just about perfect. You were a 10 minute walk from just about everything you could possibly want. The building was clean and the staff were excellent. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The amenities were good and had most everything you could need. We only had two minor complaints – the walls are thin. Thankfully we were at the end of the hall so it didn’t bother us so much but if you were closer to the elevator it would be considerably noisy. Secondly, the bedroom was huge so there was plenty of space to put a king bed in there. Instead, they had a queen and if you are someone who is used to a king bed, it felt a little cramped. But overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
