* Minimum Age: Must be 21 years or older to book **(Guests with reservations containing dates in the month of March MUST be 25 years of age or older to book, There are no exceptions)

*Guests must submit an ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule

* Garbage Removal: Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay.

* Noise Ordinance: Is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted

* Furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner

*Absolutely no smoking inside the home

*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.

Maximum number of vehicles (4), there is absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street or the city will issue a ticket to the owner of the car

Weekend of Tortuga stay

Lots of rooms so that you can have multiple people stay at the same place comfortably. The owner had towels ready for all guests and even allowed us complementary late check out since the pool was not ready for us to use on the day we arrived. The house was also 8 mins away from our location so it made driving to and from the event very easy!!

Great and fun getaway house

We all had an amazing time and the space fit 9 girls comfortably. The pool outside was amazing, there were trees surround the back yard which made us feel safe at this house.

Great location and great house, but the smell in the kitchen really bad for a not so enjoyable stay. The kitchen is the most important reason for me to cheese a VRBO. Cooking and eating wasn't as pleasant this time and I found myself taking everyone out to eat more which just added to the cost. We would have saved more by staying at a nice hotel. I also saw bugs in the kitchen and in the master bath. It really is a shame because the house is pretty awesome.

Wonderful Vacation!

The house was very clean, very spacious, had a lot of amenities to make our stay convenient. Pool is beautiful. The location really is great . Short drive to the beach and Las Olas, shopping, grocery shopping, restaurants ...etc.. anything we needed from Jeffrey he responded to in a flash! I think the only advice I would give is not to count on the cabana as a bedroom. It was very nice but not to sleep in. I would def recommend this rental and will hopefully be booking it again for my family and I !

Great property and great location. Only negative feed back you don’t receive the property code until 20 minutes before the check-in time. It’s not a problem but it would be helpful to know before especially since you are traveling that the code will be sent 20 minutes before check/in. Otherwise great property and would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful home. We enjoyed the property, which was well appointed and very well laid out. Close to everything but it feels secluded and very private. The pool was great - we enjoyed breakfast out on the deck, reading on the comfy deck with the umbrella unfurled and just relaxing. The kitchen had all the essentials and the grocery store is close by. The pool room was a nice, unexpected addition. Exactly what we needed to escape the cold Colorado winter. LOL This is the second property we've stayed at with Jeffrey and we'll be back. Already planning on our next trip to Ft. Lauderdale and Wilton Manors.

Amazing Weekend!

We just returned from a weekend at Vidal Manor and we had the best time! We arrived to a spotless house with the pool warmed and ready for us! The house easily slept 12 girls comfortably and with the 2.5 baths was easy to all get ready to go out from there. Though, we had a hard time leaving the house. We were on vacation from Boston so having such a beautiful pool to hang out by, we didn't really need much more! Jeff was easy to get in touch with if we ever needed anything and was so easy to work with during the booking process. Would highly recommend for all different family/friend groups!

Nurses Just want to have fun!

Everything was great. The house is as advertised. We were a group of five and enjoyed the house and pool. I read all the previous reviews, and they are spot on. We had no issues or complaints, but please repair or get a new pool leaf skimmer. It wasn't an issue for us, but I saw where others mention it needed to be repaired. I'll be back soon, maybe with my family or another girl's trip.

Only issue we ran into was that when we arrived the refrigerator was not cold and by the end of the weekend everything in the fridge froze. I reached out to the rental company and they had a mini fridge sent over within the hour which saved the day. The pool was amazing and we were a quick Uber ride to wherever we wanted to go. I would recommend staying here.

Relaxing Oasis

My wife and I needed a well relaxing vacation and this was perfect! Here are the 10 reasons we would recommend this beautiful rental... 1. Heated/beautiful pool 2. Full and clean kitchen 3. Beds were comfortable 4. Bathrooms clean and updated 5. Huge closet space (we had lots of clothes)? 6. Quiet area 7. Near several restaurants (Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Chipotle, Panera, J Alexander, Morton's Steakhouse). 8. 2 miles from Target, Ulta, Publix Supermarket, Trader Joe's(great wine selection!), Whole Foods. 9. A few miles from the beach: restaurants across from the beach which was perfect for us! 10. 20 minutes from FLL airport. This is perfect for a couple or a large family! We plan on returning every year!

Great Oasis Home

The house is a home away with all you need to have a great vacation with family. Kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of space for all of us. We were 5 adults and two 5 year olds. We enjoyed the space and the location specially the fresh backing goods from the neighborhood bakery with fresh orange juice and coffee. The neighborhood is fun and upbeat with easy access to several beaches during the day and lots of options for nigh life. We love love the salt water swiming pool and the beach toys and umbrellas. The swiming pool and area does need some work and the big green outdoor furniture needs to be replaced or upholstered but that did not stop us from having fun and enjoying the space. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The room outside by the suiming pool was great for our 20 year old as had lots of privacy. In sum great fun neighbourhood with lots of characters and the house was an oasis for big families !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 8 women and we all loved the house. We REALLY loved the pool area -- that's where we spent our days! The house was very well-decorated and CLEAN! Couldn't have asked for a nicer home. We weren't too sure about the neighborhood -- so we really didn't get out and explore . . . A few things we found that the house could use -- (1) a full bath in the hall -- the 2 full baths were in bedrooms, (2) dish cloths and dish towels (there is a dishwasher, but those would still be handy); (3) curtains on the side door by the laundry; and (4) blinds or curtains on the slider that you can close IF you want.Overall, we LOVED the house and would stay there again.
