This 2 bd, 2 bath condo on the beach in St Pete Beach, FL is our little piece of heaven on earth. The condo is beautifully decorated and has an updated kitchen. There is water on both sides and a balcony with gorgeous views of the bay and marine life. The pool and sun deck are right on the water! Only a three minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico and one of the best beaches in the USA. Perfectly located in the heart of St Pete Beach with lots of restaurants, resorts and nightlife within walking distance. We offer HD DVR cable service and in-unit WiFi. All of the amenities of home are included. Perfect for seasonal rentals or extended family vacations.

Loved My Stay!

The condo was very clean and well decorated. Everything I needed was there. In fact, it seemed a previous occupant may have walked off with the Iron, and when I told the owners, a new iron was delivered (Amazon) within 2 days. Amazing service! The location is fantastic - a short walk to the beach and many fantastic bars/restaurants. I would definitely recommend the place and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Great place with a big balcony. Relaxing complex. And so convenient to everything you need and within walking distance. The owners were very responsive as well.

Perfect VRBO! Spectacular location! Every detail was covered!

Today is my last day at what I would say is the perfect vacation rental! Paul and Desiree have thought of everything. I stayed for a month and loved waking up every morning to that view of the Intercoastal. I had family visit which included two kids under the age of 3 and they loved it! The condo is very spacious, clean, well equipped and the location doesn't get any better. Paul was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would highly reccomend it for a weekend or longer!

Wonderful time of positive energy

Had an absolutely amazing time, about six weeks, staying in this wonderful condo. The location is simply unbeatable; directly across the street from the TradeWinds resort and situated in the middle of St. Pete Beach with just over a mile of beach in either direction. Being able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shops, and plethora of live music spurred the beach bum feeling. Upon arriving, the condo was fresh, clean, and well maintained. The description and photos online were accurate and the pool and deck were always nice and clean. During my stay, a couple things broke but the owner was extremely prompt, considerate, and thorough in ensuring that everything was fixed professionally and without any hassle on my behalf. This condo is a jewel and include dishes, appliances, towels, etc. which makes it feel like home and I highly recommend it. St. Pete Beach offers time to relax and recharge the batteries with no fear of boredom. In no particular order, my personal recommendations are: --Wake up with an epic cappuccino and croissant at La Casa Del Pane --Order an old fashion from the outside bar at Level 11 Rooftop Lounge and watch the sunset --Take a break from seafood and order a massive steak from Mad Fish --Play on the waterslide, jet skis, parasailing, or sunset cruising all via Suncoast Water Sports --Get a cold snack at Larry's Ice Cream & Gelato --Listen to great live music at Toasted Monkey --Try the wings at Jimmy B's and the live music --Enjoy the best fish tacos at Rick's Reef --Take home wildly good pizza at Bones Pizza Shack --Binge eat crab legs and oysters at Oyster Shuckers --Play a game of pool, darts, or bag toss at The Undertow --Satisfy that Mexican food craving at Agave --Indulge in a burger at Willy's --Use the Free Beach Ride if your feet get tired

Paridise Found..!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located a short walk to the beach. The unit is a large 2 bedroom and 2 bath. It is very well maintained and has everything a traveller could want. The lanai overlooks the water across the street where you could watch Manatees most days. The location is perfect as you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, pubs...etc... The property is very well taken care of and is very quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I and our two children had a wonderful stay in St. Pete's Beach. This unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The screen porch has a beautiful view of the harbor. The short walk to the beach was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Condo! Awesome location!

This wonderful 2 bedroom condo, just off Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach Florida, is the perfect location for my friend and me. The condo is spacious, immaculate, quiet and well equipped. There is a nice screened in porch looking out over the inland waterway. The owners pay attention to every detail and were most helpful any time we had questions. There are so many restaurants within walking distance of the condo and of course the lovely St. Pete Beach is just a short walk away. This condo is truly a special find. My friend and I stayed for a month last year and are returning for two months in 2016!
