This 2 bed, 2 bath is conveniently located to the beach, bars and restaurants and shops!
Sit back and relax at the pool, walk 10 minutes to the beach, or if you've had enough sun hang out in the comfortable, modern condo.

Location, Location, Location!

- 3 miles to Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk

This condo, beautifully decorated, has all of the amenities for a family vacation, special get-away, or much needed R&R. The open floor plan allows you to spend time with your loved ones while enjoying a comfortable space.

The fully stocked kitchen has all you need to cook meals at home. The appliance are all up to date. Enjoy a cup of coffee.. on us!

We only have one parking space for our unit. If you have two vehicles, public parking will need to be used for the additional car.

Please note that the laundry area is a shared space with other condo owners in the building. It's located in the unit next door, on the first floor. Please ask for pictures to better show if needed.

Family winter getaway

This property was as described. Host was awesome and easy to communicate with. Walking and driving distance close to awesome beaches shopping restaurants and activities. Sunset Beach was awesome. Even got to watch dolphins from the beach.

Great Getaway to St. Pete

Was in town for a wedding in April and extended our stay a few extra days to enjoy the beach. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was exactly as described and included everything we needed. Maria is a great host as well. She was very polite and quick to respond.

Condo

Currently most of the units at this complex are under renovations which was ok with us since was not crowded. However this unit is upstairs and I did not notice that in the listing (I even had my husband review the listing and he could not find it, This was a challenge for me due to my arthritis). The unit was otherwise as listed, matched the pictures provided. I do hope the owners have a good deep cleaning done soon (fridge & freezer, oven, and master shower would benefit). Overall not a terrible experience. Also, the laundry that is listed is not in the unit, it is in the other building. We did try to locate it but all the doors had locks and nothing was labeled as laundry. Probably just due to the renovations, not a very big deal for us but hopefully that is updated for the next renters. The location is very easy access to the areas of interest. Not too far from the beach and easy to navigate to the restaurants in the area.

Wedding weekend

This property was the perfect accommodations for my wedding weekend! It had plenty of space and was located just a quick drive to everything we needed! The heated pool was my family’s favorite part! We will definitely book again on our next trip back!

Adorable condo in a great location.

The condo was very neat and clean. We thought the beds were nice and cozy. Maria and Jimmy were super helpful with answering all our questions. I would recommend this condo for a nice quiet stay.
