Wow, what a gem! This quintessential Block Island house was the perfect place for a summer getaway with three couples and a couple of toddlers. The actual house is very new and updated with sweeping ocean views. The location was incredible with restaurants, nightlife and beaches all within a couple blocks. The host was incredibly professional and very easy to reach. I will definitely be staying here again!

Among the best properties I have ever stayed at! Beautiful ocean view, unbelievable location in walking distance to town, spacious clean and well appointed. Melanie and Chris were communicative and friendly. We had a fantastic stay, definitely coming back!

We had such a great time and the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was very clean. The location was excellent and the host was responsive and thorough. Everything was perfect! We all enjoyed our stay so much we are already talking about going back next year!

Perfect setting for family gathering.

We had a lovely stay for our second year in a row. Melanie is an exceptional host! The house itself is not only new, beautiful, and well-maintained but it couldn't be in a more perfect location - walking distance to all of the best beaches, shops and restaurants. Perfect Block Island house!

This is the perfect house for a trip to Block Island. Centrally located in town, walking distance to everything you need. We had plenty of space to stay and enjoy the views of Block Island Sound. We are already discussing coming back next year!

Awesome location

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! The house was beautifully appointed for our large group. The host was very responsive during our stay. And the location was the best part! There are ocean views from the front porch, where we spent most of our time! Would absolutely recommend and hope to return!

Great house and location

Staying at this property is always wonderful. The house is clean and comes with a wide variety of amenities (chairs, towels (shower and beach), clamming rakes, corn hole, etc). Location is perfect for walking downtown and eating out without having to drive. 5 stars.

Beautiful BI Weekend

We had a wonderful family event weekend at Melanie's BI home. The home is an amazing beach home and was just perfect for the weekend. Melanie was so easy to work with and super helpful as we navigated some ferry cancellations, etc. Looking forward to being able to rent this BI home in the future!
