Clean & Newly Renovated 4BR w/Hot tub & AC
This 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house is perfect for the whole family. Everything in this home is updated and selected for your comfort. Two beautiful decks with a new hot tub, grill and outdoor shower are perfect for relaxing and grilling after a day at the beach. The large yard and two living rooms make this an ideal choice. Walking distance to greenway trails and Fresh Pond. Enjoy this tranquil oasis that offers privacy, comfort, and central location to all the island has to offer.
The space
Guests have fulls access to everything pictured in the listing (house,decks, yard, swingset and hot tub) Please be aware that a female property manager lives on property in the ground floor unit.
There is a sauna on-site that is NOT advertised or available for renter use. This is not covered by our insurance policy so it will be locked and non accessible for liability reasons. Please do not try to get into the sauna or ask about using it. This is never something we have offered to guests.
The hot tub onsite is available 24/7 for your use at your own risk and is maintained/treated by the owner 2x/week.
