Why they chose this property
While enjoying the position of Sales Director of the Punta Mita Resort for many years, I had the enviable opportunity to choose from all 28 Villas in Las Palmas prior to the sales launch. We felt that the location, size and architectural layout of Villa Bonita / Villa 9 was without question the best. During the construction process, we were also able to enlarge the bedroom areas, the swimming pool, install a saline filter system, add a huge spa adjacent that waterfalls into the pool, expand the pool terrace in addition to many other custom touches. Being located at the end of a cul-de-sac also affords the property a special level of privacy for the Villa... we invite you to have the opportunity of experiencing this amazing property for yourself!
What makes this property unique
Las Palmas is a gated enclave of 28 private Villas inside the ultra-exclusive Resort Community of Punta Mita. Las Palmas Villa 9 is located at a cul-de-sac at the end of the private access road that runs behind the view/Westerly facing Villas in Las Palmas. This very private location is totally unique. Added to this is the fact that there are no other Villas or construction of any kind beyond it nor to the East/behind it giving it added privacy. At the same time, the views of the Pacific and the spectacular sunsets with the lushness of about 200 yards of the very quiet fairway in the foreground makes for endless vistas that will amaze every day. This privacy factor added to the numerous up-grades which we have been able to take advantage of makes this Villa not only unique in Las Palmas but definitely the very best.
