Big multi family Chattanooga home

15 minutes drive to downtown. Surrounded by plenty of food and shopping. 20 minute drive to Rock City and Ruby Falls.
3,400 sq. ft. five bedrooms, full basement with a theater room, full salon for women to do makeup and hair in our sunroom, huge backyard for kids to run and play in with a trampoline and playground, basketball court in driveway. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or evening on the covered deck or watch kid’s play in the yard with a glass of sweet tea. 5 bedrooms with beds, but that doesn’t limit you. There is a living room, a sunroom (with a full bath), and a basement to put your own air mattresses or sleeping bags. We have so much room to lounge around and enjoy.

The typical Southern hospitality with smiling waving neighbors. Located in Hurricane Creek, a desirable neighborhood, with one of the best schools in the area.
