We had an absolute lovely time at this condo. There is a reason that Fred has such glowing reviews. He is the absolute best host I have ever worked with on a VRBO rental. He went above and beyond making sure we had a wonderful stay. He was also a wealth of information for the area if you had any questions. Check in was super easy and his condo was in excellent shape. We woke up with the best views each morning! This condo is also in a great spot if you want to make day trips to other local Maine towns, or Massachusetts towns. My mom also is handicapped and she didn’t have any issues using her mobility scooter at the rental. I would highly recommend as we had such a great experience. Thank you again Fred for everything!

Fred was a wonderful host and his place was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was closing down in a few weeks from our stay but it didn’t create any issues for us.

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. The location was excellent. We could walk on the beach or swim in the pool and then easily travel to Portland or Kennebunkport for lunch or dinner and site seeing. The Host was very attentive and quick to answer any questions.

What a great find! I needed something wheelchair accessible for my aging parents with an amazing oceanfront view since neither can physically go onto the beach. I needed it to be relaxing for them while close to enough entertainment for my toddler! This place was a gem for our family!
