Property was great, very spacious and clean. Was disappointed to only have 1 dish washer pod, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 12 people for a week. Had to purchase these items.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you found the home spacious, clean, and enjoyable. We were a little surprised by the 3-star rating, as there were no concerns reported with the home itself during your stay. As outlined in the welcome email we sent the day after your reservation was made, we clearly explain the starter supplies provided for each stay, including the initial amounts of paper products and dishwasher supplies. These are intended as starter supplies rather than a full week’s supply for larger groups, and guests are welcome to purchase additional supplies as needed. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you enjoyed the property itself. We hope you had a wonderful vacation!

Truly a great place for our group and great bang for the buck. Only complaint is the toilet paper provided was lower end and scarce. We ended up just getting our own, no big deal.Great communication from the host and very accommodating 10 star host!Overall we loved it and will be back next year.

Great home, lots of space and we loved the outdoor space, especially the covered porch with a tv back there for music. Pool was great and got nice and warm, lots of sun. Beds and doors were a bit creaky. Baby items were all old and had lots of wear and tear but nice it was there.

Great house!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for our 3 families. There was a lot of room and everyone had their own space. We were traveling with a baby so we had questions about baby items that were in the home. They responded very fast and were accommodating to our requests. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return soon!

Tons of space! The house had a lot of space for the ten of us.

There were a few little issues like the internet going down and the power outage, but the Property Manager Jennifer was excellent to deal with.

House was very beautiful and clean. All the twin beds in the bedrooms worked very well for our needs. We did have issues with the lock on the front door and the management company wasn't interested in helping us fix the problem; but we managed to fix it ourselves and had a very enjoyable experience.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet your expectations. In reviewing your reservation we do see you were very upset that spa heating wasn't included. Our listing clearly states that pool and spa heating are optional amenities available for an additional fee, allowing guests to decide whether they would like this service prior to arrival. This information is included in both the listing details and pre-arrival communication. Check-in instructions are automatically sent before arrival, and we promptly resent them when requested to ensure smooth access. Regarding cleanliness, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay. We were not notified of any concerns during your visit, and we would have immediately addressed them had we been given the opportunity. We remain committed to providing an accurate listing, transparent communication, and a comfortable experience for all guests.
