Escape the busy city life and come down to the island. This beautiful home is perfect for families and friends looking for a quiet getaway.
Located centrally on Phillip Island, there is easy access to all shops and attractions.
This house is within walking distance of the Phillip Island Circuit. A 10 minute drive from the world famous Penguin Parade, and only 5 minutes away from most popular beaches on the island.
There is a garage available for us on special request. Pop us a message if you would like access to it.
Please be aware there is a security camera located by the entrance to the property.

I work as a ranger at the Penguin Parade just south of Melbourne. I have a passion for conservation and helping to keep the environment clean. I have a wonderful son that is full of energy and loves animals. I am expecting a daughter at the end of this year.
Why they chose this property
I love the suburb, its close to town for all your shopping needs, but far enough away that you never notice how busy it can be. A quick 5 minute drive away from most major beaches on Phillip Island, and walking distance into Cowes or the Phillip Island Circuit.
