Welcome to Bleubird Studio + Suites, a custom-built, three-story property in the heart of historic Georgetown, Kentucky.

This listing is for the West Suite, a beautifully designed private accommodation with secure, independent access. Bleubird is one of Georgetown’s highly rated boutique stays, with more than 100 consecutive 5-star guest reviews.

The West Suite features:

What a beautiful place to get away! We were welcomed by Jane and her doodle Sandy. The property is beautifully decorated and very cozy. If we are ever in the area we would gladly stay at the Bluebird Studio again.

The Bleubird is amazing in every way! The incredible attention to detail and artistry put on display by Jane Hale, the host, is apparent at every turn– gorgeous flower arrangements, unbelievably comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast, snacks, beverages, bottled water and fruit, front loading washer and dryer, yoga studio, toiletries galore, ensuite coffee machine and perfect porch balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails. I love it here and will be back every time I am in Georgetown for work or vacation.

Our host was very welcoming and our room was very clean. I loved that it was so close to restaurants and stores to shop at. We especially loved being greeted by her dog Sandy who was so sweet! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the most fabulous place I've ever stayed! There is an art gallery, yoga studio, and the most gorgeous home I've ever seen. Jane was a wonderful and accommodating host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know. It’s the perfect retreat!

Relaxing stay in horse country.

The property is spotless and well-appointed. It’s an easy drive to the horse farms and Keeneland, and it’s a little farther to Mammoth Cave but worth it!

After 32 years in Midtown Manhattan as a fashion executive, I relocated to Georgetown to create Bleubird—a thoughtfully designed space inspired by art, wellness, and beautiful surroundings.

With a background in Pilates and yoga, I’ve always been passionate about creating environments that feel both calming and inspiring. Bleubird reflects that vision, blending comfort, design, and a sense of retreat.

I’m nearby if needed and always happy to assist with anything that enhances your stay, while ensuring guests enjoy a private, seamless, and uninterrupted experience throughout their visit.

You may occasionally see our friendly, non-shedding labradoodle on the property.

One of my favorite parts of living in Georgetown is how easy it is to move between town and quiet countryside. You can walk into historic downtown for a good dinner, a glass of wine, or a bit of shopping, then be back at Bleubird in minutes where it’s calm, open, and peaceful.

Evenings are simple here— sunsets over the farmland, the air cools, and everything slows down. It’s an easy rhythm that never gets old, and one I think guests feel right away.
