EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FRONT DESK ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $30 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, local calls, Liki Tiki Lagoon access, mini-golf, paddle boats, sports equipment, surrey bikes, and in-room safe.

Condo received looked nothing like the pictures

At first I thought I made the reservation at the wrong condo when I received my room. It looked nothing like any of the pictures listed. Under details it states our condo would include a jetted tub and a living room with a queen sofa and a dining room as well, however it did not. It felt like a basic hotel room but with a stove and large fridge. The front desk stated that none of the condos at Liki Tiki village include a jetted tub, only the townhouse does, which is apparently where the pictures were taken from. Also, the property states it is only 7 miles away from Disney, Universal and Seaworld when it is actually 26 miles (for the quickest route) not including traffic which got us to Universal in about 45 minutes at least. Very disappointed that we received a condo that looked nothing like what was pictured and instead we could have rented a hotel room, but for less money. I don’t understand how it is allowed to list a rental property without showing pictures of the actual property you receive as well as it’s accurate amenities; this just felt like a scam. I do not recommend staying here unless you see ACTUAL pictures of the rooms at Liki Tiki Village and decide for yourself if it’s worth staying.
