All spaces in this contemporary elegant home are designed with a tasteful modern style ensuring an elegant ambiance for your wine country experience. Enjoy the natural surroundings in one of the three opulent window seats and take full advantage of the breathtaking vineyard panoramic views and spectacular wildlife while you enjoy a glass of wine.
Pamper yourself with a private chef or preparing dinner together in the impressive fully-equipped kitchen, this luxury farmhouse is the perfect space to make your stay unforgettable.

New! With the recent installation of a power generator, never worry about power going out during your stay.

The Napa Valley is 30 mi by 2.5mi, enjoy being just 800 ft from the Napa county line and surrounded by local wineries and vineyards.

----SUGGESTIONS----
-Approximately 50 minutes away from Sacramento airport, and an hour and 5 minutes from San Francisco airport. Be ready for heavy traffic coming from the SFO or OAK airports on afternoons and holidays. We recommend flying to Sacramento.

----RULES----
- Be advised the house is not to be used for events or parties of any kind. The home is reserved only for guests included in the booking.

-There are no recording or surveillance/security cameras inside the home, however there are security cameras at entry points on the exterior.

-You may see workers performing maintenance or repairs on the property on the rare occasion but they will not disturb you.

- Due to these unprecedented times travel insurance is highly recommended. When you book you are given the option to purchase travel insurance by VRBO.

Anita is so thoughtful and the property is stunning!

Gorgeous home, amazing decorating and space. Clean and everything is provided! Anita is the best hostess, so thoughtful! We spent Thanksgiving with family, and we had everything that we could want, she even left a good poultry broth mix for us.(jar), knowing that we were celebrating Thanksgiving, who thinks of that? We could go on and on. Best coffee and espresso bar available. We had half and half in the fridge, along with eggs, butter, fruit, paper towels, toilet paper! Stress free, baby, stress free! Did I mention how beautiful the property is? The beds are super comfortable, and the property is very clean! You want to stay here. It is perfect for access to wine country. Plan to come again, when we have more time for the neighborhood. We did get to enjoy an arts and craft show, and bought a few items there, locally. Best of everything!

Best VRBO experience ever. Just over the top in the quality of the home and the hosts. We were treated like royalty and our comfort and enjoyment were clearly a priority. They spoiled us with goodies like croissants and fruit and wine and more. They provided entre to the best this special region has to offer, and we came home with more than wonderful memories. We came home with new friends. And the gorgeous home that Anita created was even more beautiful in person and was simply luxurious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our holiday amazing!

I could not ask for a better experience. The home was beautiful and furnished with every amenity you might need. It was spotless and perfect for a long weekend with friends. Our host was very accessible and a true professional. Her recommendations were very helpful and she thought of every detail when she built this home. For future visits to the Napa Valley area I will plan my trip around the availability of this property. Five stars in every category.

Anita is a rock star host!

Anita thought of everything! Her home is beautiful and immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want! We came here for a girl's birthday getaway and she made our stay really wonderful. She was easy to reach and when we had questions she answered them quickly. She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend staying at Anita's place.

5* Modern rustic house

Look no further if you want a house in the Napa area that is decorated like a 5* hotel! The house looks exactly like the pictures Our gracious hostess has thought of everything: super comfortable beds, softest sheets & comforters, plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Did I mention she even has snacks & fresh fruits waiting for us and disposable plates, cup & utensils for nights when you don’t want to do dishes? If you want a beautiful & private house for your group, this is the one!

Kim is most definitely the guest you want! Kim and her crew were sophisticated, flexible and enthusiastic about the home and the area. They were immaculate guests, they even made their own beds before leaving. So way above and beyond. Hope to see Kim and friends again!
