The property could use some updates. The game area located outside needs some TLC. Hot tub was cloudy. The kitchen was newly updated. Overall, our stay was good.

Vaca away from home..

Needed to get away checked Vrbo found this house first I was a little skeptical, but the listing turned out to be all that is advertise. Great house will rent again for a quick getaway from home.

Vallejo ventures

Needed a comfortable quiet place to crash on the route of a long California Road trip with proximity to Six Flags and this place fit the bill. Kids enjoyed the activities and games. Host was great at communicating and made check in and check out easy

Great experience

Roy and Joyce were very prompt in responding to my questions and were very accommodating to time adjustments. The house had plenty of room for our 7 guests and we felt quite safe and private. My partner and I have talked about coming back to stay in this same location again for family gatherings.

Vallejo Stay

We were a bit disappointed in the outdoor toys/games/workout/hot tub/ back yard. The pictures were a bit deceptive based upon the actual current state. The pics were obviously taken a long time ago. Very dirty/old/used/broken. Weeds all over and lawn not mowed. Hot water in the house is scalding- needs to be adjusted. We picked the house for location to six flags so it was fine for what we wanted it for.

Quick Getaway Near Six Flags

We wanted a Bay Area getaway for family time and dog play. The outdoor games, pool table, foosball, and more, were easy to use even though we ended up with 2 full days of rain. Our dog had a great time in the large fenced in back yard. We could see Six Flags roller coaster from the back yard, and the rest of the view was fantastic. The hot tub was nice in the cold evenings. We even got a surprise when our daughter found a working Xbox in one of the bedrooms. Roy and/or Joselyn were very responsive and helpful throughout our arrival and stay. Roy also suggested an excellent Mexican restaurant, Los Molcajetes. Even the next door neighbors were friendly.

Overall this was a nice place to stay for our travel purposes with four adult women. Great communication/action with Roy the owner. He was definitely on top of a couple of hiccups, and resolved problem promptly. House was updated with nice kitchen appliances and showers, very cozy and was close to our event. Rooms were comfortable, middle room ok for 1 adult only (twin bed/trundle), but definitely would work well for two children. Master and other guest room had Queen beds and lots of space. Little vanity with lighted mirror in guest room was a great touch! Rest of the house was spacious, so we didn't feel on top of each other. Has extreme amount of toys, sitting areas in the backyard. If you have a family with kids, or adults that like things to do, this would be the place! Lots and lots of outside options, pool table, basketball game, jenga, etc. along with several sitting areas that make it a great entertainment aspect of the house. We used the backyard everyday and enjoyed watching all the squirrels jumping from tree to tree, along with the view of Six Flags. Had BBQ, but we didn't use it. Neighborhood felt safe, house is in cul-de-sac. Would definitely stay again, with adults and or bring family with grandkids. Great VRBO find!

We stayed for a family vacation. House is a nice size, very clean has wonderful hot tub and games to keep all occupied. Nice firepit and back yard. An oasis. Close to wine country and the ferry to San Francisco. Management was very attentive and had great cpmmunication with us.We had a wonderful stay!

A fantastic home just 30 minutes from downtown NAPA. We were in town for a family wedding and were able to comfortably sleep 8 people. The play area was perfect for adults and kids alike. We played Pool, Shuffle Board, and Jenga to name a few games. The view was spectacular and the jacuzzi was a hit. Will stay here again.

perfect for a weekend getaway

Check in was super easy and the host was very communicative and timely with their response. The neighborhood was very quiet and ths house was in a convenient location (by a grocery store). We enjoyed the activities the property offered like the hot tub.

Wonderful family holiday

This location was perfect for a family holiday with small children. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The hot tub was well used!!There was plenty of space in the house for us all to spread out and it was as described. The house was very well equipped which made cooking etc very easy. We were lucky enough to also have the use of a cot and highchair, which Roy provided on request, it was very appreciated. The location was great with a grocery store, bottle shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise everything was within a short drive. I would definitely stay again.

Fun in the sun

We had a great stay. I had my son and 3 of his friends visiting to go to 6 flags. The house was 5 minutes away from the park and the activities inthe back yard were perfect for them.

Moreover, you have a large newly remodeled backyard with an outdoor gym, fire-pit, bar, and a variety of outdoor games to help pass the time while you take in the scenic view. As you make your way inside you are welcomed by a completely remodeled modern style home with marble countertops, a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and natural lighting from every direction.
