There was a candle burning when we arrive and was a bit concerning.We were finally able to extend a night but was very difficult and plenty of miscommunication.

Thank you for the feedback. We've informed our maintenance staff to put out any candles after cleaning is completed, so this shouldn't happen again. As for the extension, requests can only be approved after checking for other check-ins, which is why it took some time to confirm — we understand this caused frustration and appreciate your patience with the process.

Lovely, private getaway spot. Very peaceful. Would have given 5* except the beds were not very comfortable, and we had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay. Pool table was a nice bonus that we all appreciated.

Perfect for our family of two adults and two kids. Location was perfect to Bear Valley. We made two dinners at the house and they had all the usual cooking equipment which made things easy. The pool table was very cool!

We really enjoyed the house. It had a fully equipped kitchen. The house is spacious and very comfortable. It is close to Arnold for supply runs as well as a short trip up the hill to the snow. I am looking forward to visiting in the summer to spend some time jumping in the lakes and rivers that are all around. Great location and very comfortable house.

Quiet, relaxing stay

We had a great stay! The kitchen had everything we needed for easy meals, and the pool table was a fun touch that made our evenings even better. Definitely a spot we’d come back to!

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

The cabin was spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. There are many lakes and reservoirs in the area. We enjoyed hiking and paddle boarding each day. This is an outdoor lovers paradise.

Great place to stay ! Good location for things to do . Cabin was stocked with very old worn out things ( beds , kitchen , towels and barbecue , Seen lots of use over years but if you can over look it’s a fun place Just bring towels .

Spring Break

We had a great time! We stayed here two years in a row for Spring Break and it had snow both times. My son and his friend enjoyed sledding down the hill and the cabin has plenty of room for everyone.
