Cozy Pines Haven - w/ Gas Log Stove!

Welcome to Cozy Pines Haven, with pure custom-built craftsmanship! Outside is a breath of fresh air and inside meets every need. The large deck allows room for entertaining the family with BBQ get togethers all summer long! Outdoor deck box contains seasonal equipment for guests to use. The inside greets you with natural wood ceilings, new laminate flooring, a delightful open kitchen with gas stove, and built in microwave. Fast Wi-Fi, laundry features, TV with Amazon Firestick, foosball table, and a variety of board games, puzzles, and books are available for guests to enjoy!

The gas log stove is simply adorable and will keep your cabin cozy all winter long! You'll find 2 bedrooms downstairs and a full bath. The Custom wood staircase with large windows leads to the upstairs huge bedroom with A frame ceiling, along with another large bedroom and huge full bath with claw foot tub. Mini-split systems are in the cabin for your winter and summer comfort. The winter days will afford you Bear Valley skiing, Big Trees national park, beautiful lakes throughout the beautiful Foothills. Guests will also have full access to Big Trees HOA’s recreation center and pool. There’s nothing like it! Cozy Pines Haven is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
