Located just south from the heart of downtown Surf City, you can enjoy a beautiful exercising experience walking the beach to the Surf City Pier, local shops, and nearby restaurants (approximately 0.6 miles). Yet, enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of being a fair distance from the pier and public beach accesses at this private island oasis complete with outside screened patio, landscaped garden, and more!

10,000 Reasons is not a "rental property", but rather a treasured family home that is offered as a vacation destination and family gathering place.

The home features elegant and welcoming interior design with hardwood flooring throughout, contemporary and open style living and dining areas, four bedrooms on the oceanfront creating restful retreats with direct access to the oceanside deck spaces. Electronic amenities include flat panel TV's in the living area and each bedroom, as well as high speed wireless internet to keep you connected.

Expansive covered and open deck areas allow for sun and shade relaxation. Streetside balconies provide wonderful evening sunset views, and for watching sailboats cruise the Intracoastal Waterway. Even with all this wonderful outdoor space, the highlight has to be the ample rocking chairs, captain's chairs, Adirondack chairs, and even a hammock to enjoy direct and unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views, star gazing, and bird and dolphin watching! The ground level outdoor spaces including a patio area with grill, screened area, a smaller full size fridge in the garage for convenient storage and quick access to your purchased beverages or grill foods, and ground level landscaped grounds make the home even more inviting! Family Time

10,000 Reasons was perfect for us. With two master bedrooms& TV’s in every room. All bedrooms face the ocean. The Beach house was so clean& had everything we needed. One of the nicest beach houses we have stayed in.

Temperature

I would have given all 5 stars but the fact that the t’stats are set was very annoying. These t’stats could be locked out at 70 degrees and be much more comfortable. When people that are 140 lbs are sweating while sleeping because t’stats keep auto adjusting to 76 or 78. If you are not awake at 3:30 to take the temperature back down you wake up hot and sweaty. This house is too nice to have to be annoyed with this. I am sorry 76 degrees and 73% relative humidity is not comfortable for most people. I hope owners will considering changing this if so I would definitely book again but would not with this setup. House is really nice and great location.
