Bedroom 1: Large double bed with views to the mountains behind, cupboard/dressing table, chair, Air Conditioning/heating. Bedroom 2: with two single beds, bedside cabinet, chair and Air Conditioning/heater. Bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling, Includes WC, mirror, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine. Kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, toaster, iron, ironing board and cloths airer as well as all the saucepans, cutlery and crockery you will need. Dining room comprises of a wooden/glass dining room table with four chairs. The main lounge area has a double sofa facing the sea and two single sofa chairs, rug, book case, coffee table, smart TV. All the bedding and towels are provided and the apartment cleaned on the handover day. Private balcony with table and chairs and stunning views across the bay. Beautifully positioned in an elevated location above the bay, our apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A small supermarket, the waters edge, several bars and restaurants are just minutes away or just relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool. Ten minutes by car, bus or taxi is the beautiful walled medieval town of Kotor. This pedestrianised town is a must see that boasts a variety of restaurants, bars, churches, galleries and boutiques. A ten minute drive in the opposite direction is the ancient town of Parest once part of the Venetian empire. From here you can take a trip to the island or walk around the old stone buildings, chill on the waterfront restaurants or visit the museum. Boka Heights is a small and very well maintained complex with the grounds and swimming pool inspected twice daily. The residence is privately owned and ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.
