Beautiful, Upgraded Lake Tahoe Condo at the base of Palisades Alpine Meadows

Beautiful upgraded condo with all new kitchen and bathrooms. Great views of trees and mountains with lots of privacy. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs). All bedrooms have beautiful views. One downstairs bedroom with fireview electric fireplace and 40" flat screen Roku TV. Living room has a 47" LCD TV with ROKU system featuring free Netflix, HULU plus and Amazon Prime channels. BluRay DVD player for your personal entertainment. Excellent stereo system and CD player for listening pleasure. If conditions are right you can ski the back country to the condo. Very convenient to hiking, restaurants, and Lake Tahoe amenities in the Summer.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please DO NOT turn OFF heat that is plugged into a smart plug (pellet stove and downstairs wall heater in the larger room). I will remotely shut it off. PLEASE FILL PELLET STOVE HOPPER FOR NEXT GUESTS
Please bring used linens and towels to the bathroom with the washer and dryer.
Please load and run dishwasher. Please bring trash to the dumpster at the end of the road. Turn off all other heaters and turn off lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
