A hidden gem in Granada nicaragua

This booking was absolutely perfect, so close to the Center of town, easy to get everywhere by walking. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made you feel at home. The pool was an added bonus on the hot days. Breakfast was a perfect mix of fruit, fresh fruit juice, bread, marmalade and cheeses. I will definitely return!

A hidden gem.

We spent 7 days at Casa Palmyra. Everything about it met and exceeded our expectations - the proximity to the centre of town, the tranquility of the garden, the high standard of maintenance of the whole accommodation, and above all the hosts Roselynn and Mauro. They could not have been more helpful and obliging as well as being knowledgeable about Granada and the country. Ann and Duncan

Short but Sweet Visit

Two friends and I stayed at this fabulous secret garden oasis. From the street, you would never know what a beautiful home is on the other side of the gate. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. 2 bedrooms are downstairs and one is upstairs. The owners live on site so this is not a house to yourself, but rather 3 bedrooms as part of their home. They were excellent hosts, provided a wonderful breakfast for us, even on our departure day when we left at 6 a.m. They cleaned the rooms daily and each room had it's own private room key. I would definitely highly recommend this for stays in Nicaragua. The internet connections were spotty during certain times of the day, but we worked around it. The grounds were beautiful, very relaxing and comfortable.

Oasis amongst the people of Granada

Naturalistic luxury estate safely contained within the city of Granada. Roselyn and Mauro are very experienced hosts that understand sustainability and know how to share their knowledge of all that is wonderful about Granada and Nicaragua - the people and the natural beauty.

Great quite hidden gem in Granada

We were lucky enough to stay here for three days. The room was lovely, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The outside pool and garden were simply a treat. We spent each afternoon in the heat of the day in the pool, hammock and garden and it was just perfect for swimming and reading. The location was off the beaten track and on a poorer looking street but was an easy walk to the main plaza and we were pleasantly greeted by all the neighbors each day. My husband and I are in our 60s/70s and walked it twice a day including later at night and it was totally safe. The owner was very kind and helpful and the staff was delightful and very interactive. We had a lovely breakfast of fresh juice, fruits, yogurts, bread and cheeses. We love the privacy, outdoors and staff and would stay here again.

Private Paradise!

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip! The pictures don't do this place justice! Owned by a wonderful French family, they renovated an amazing colonial house and every detail was perfectly done! The pool was amazing! We rented both rooms so we had the place to ourselves! We had our 14 month son with us and the owners were very accommodating. We loved Granada and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful private Garden and pool

My boyfriend and I stayed at this lovely property. It was beautiful and in a part of town that wasn't full of tourists. The house was beautiful and so was the garden area. It is the way I would want to have a house built if I could build one, a great green yard with fruit and vegetation everywhere. The trees gave welcome shade and the private pool is something that I didn't really think I needed but I loved it. It's much better than a hotel pool for example. Roselyn and Mauro were great hosts. It is set up as a bed and breakfast and each morning we had fresh fruits, yogurt, local honey, local marmalade, and fresh juices. Roselyn explained what they were and had great suggestions for sights. They have access to private tours as well that we didn't get to take advantage of but looked awesome. Thank you so much for giving us a great stay!
