This beautiful boutique villa is 250m from the sea It is architect designed with fully fitted modern kitchen, spacious open plan living /dining area, fabulous roof terrace with extra kitchenette and amazing sea views just perfect for evening drinks watching the sunset. The villa has 4 double bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet/wc providing plenty of space for everyone whether large family, group of friends or couples wanting plenty of space to chill out and relax. The villa has a private pool, kept dazzlingly blue by the daily attendant and the villa has its own private garden and sunbathing area fully equipped with 8 sunbeds, umbrellas, side tables and pool towels. The shaded terrace has a large dining table seating 8 for alfresco lunches or dinner under the stars! There is a large stone built in bbq for grills by the pool. The villa has all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, smart tv, free wireless Internet access and of course air conditioned throughout.

I live in Turkey with my husband and our 5 children, although we did spend many years living in England. Now we work in Turkey and holiday in England! We are very lucky, we live on the mediteranean coast of Turkey in a beautiful small village called Kalkan and we spend our holidays back in our favourite place in England ~Kendal in the Lake District. Our children ~ 4 of whom were born in Kendal, also love holidaying there and catching up with a lot of our family who still live there.
