The sophisticated town of Kalkan famous for its restaurants is 10 mins away. Local restaurants and village shops within walking distance. One of the best beaches in Europe, Patara, is 20 mins away with other beaches within easy reach.

After holidaying in Turkey for many years we have decided to build a villa for friends and family to enjoy in what we think is the most beautiful and unspolit part of Turkey in a wonderful site. We have put a lot of effort into the villa for groups to stay and enjoy and we like it very much. We are confident you would too.

Why they chose this property

We think Kalkan is one of the unspoilt jewels of the Turquoise coast. Islamlar is a traditional village high in the mountain but only 10 minutes drive from Kalkan. It is south facing and gets the sun all day but has a fresher climate away from the high summer humidity of the coast. It is a a place of vines and olive groves with abundant running water. The villa is not over-looked, has no near neighbours and is very peaceful.

What makes this property unique

This is a spacious and modern villa designed for privacy and outdoor living with all mod-cons. We always holiday with friends and family and it is purpose built for groups to share. It has a large plot surrounded by grape vines and Olive trees with private drive and parking. Children love the pool and jacuzzi and there is plenty of room for them to play with no nearby roads.
