Renovated 3 story townhouse in beautiful community of Spring Lake. Lake front with patio and deck overlooking the lake and fountain. Updated with granite countertops, hardwood floors, tumbled marble bathrooms and new carpet. Kitchen has pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware and glassware to feed everyone! 3 full and 1 half bath, dedicated parking spot, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas are included and ready for you and your family to enjoy the sand and sun! Towels and linens are not include but are readily avaialble from local rental companies, many of who deliver. Let me know if you want more information on linen rentals. There is also a community pool to float and relax in after a day on the beach. Book your stay today! Sleeps 7 (K, Q, F, T,) and only a short distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, downtown and outlets. Sorry, no pets or smoking and age restricted rental (renter must be 25 years or older)

Vacation to Delaware beaches

The condo was in a good location between rehobeth and Dewey beach. We brought our bikes but the owner also provided bikes and beach chairs.

Property owners were very communicative and the property itself was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful condo

Chris the owner, was very accommodating and responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The location was perfect - everything you needed was right outside of the development and so close to the beach. I would rent this property again.

Fabulous time at Fins House

Our family of five stayed here for four nights. We were more than happy with our stay. The property is clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We had all that we needed and more. Chris was readily available with the check in process and answered all of my questions before and during the trip very promptly. The place is in a wonderful location and we hope to return here for an even longer stay in the future!

It was our first time visiting rehoboth beach and we absolutely loved it! The property is only a 5 minute drive from the beach and there's lots of space for game nights at the house. I would definitely recommend staying here

Family Beach Vacation

This is a beautiful house with lots of space. Our son and four (4) grandchildren vacationed with us and we had plenty of room for everyone. Having the use of the beach cart was an added plus and made our daily trips to the beach much easier. Hope to stay here again next year--loved, loved, loved it!! Location is perfect.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place. It was a short drive to the beach and having the pool afterwards was a plus. Chris has just about everything you would need for a week vacation (bikes, chairs, pool toys and an awesome beach cart!). Plenty of room for the whole family.

The house is beautifully decorated and very clean!!! We had so much space (which is a good thing with four kids) that we weren't on top of each other like we are when we stay in a hotel. The house is in a great location and so close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. But even being so close to everything, the house is in a quiet community. The kids also enjoyed the community pool which was a lot bigger than I expected. I can't say enough great things about the house. We all hated to leave! Thank you to the Lee Family for letting us stay in your wonderful home!!!

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 girls aged 11 & 8. They loved being the loft because it was like having their own "apartment". Beautiful setting; loved listening to the fountain; very private and peaceful. We loved having the pool after a day at the ocean and discovering the nature trail made for a lovely walk. Can't say enough good things about Fins! Hope we can visit again. Thanks for a great week.

Fin House is a great spot for family beach adventures.

Located at a complex conviently located between Rehoboth and Dewey, Fin House is a great spot for family fun. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a nice grill outside and 3 bathrooms which was great for our family. There is also a closet well stocked with beach chairs and toys - and even bikes. We did some cooking st home, but also explored some of the great local restaurants nearby. Our family brought our bikes and explored some of the great local trails. It’s nicely decorated and the owner is very responsive. It’s a quiet complex and the pond view is very relaxing. We recommend this property.

Let me start by saying, the house was absolutely beautiful. It is well maintained and I would recommend this home to anyone. Everything you needed was there for you from beach equipment to just a relaxing day at the pool. There is a book in the house to voice your opinion on your stay which I opted not to write in because I feel giving a review on this site is a lot more informative to others thinking about renting this property. If you are on the fence, take a leap off and do it. Lol Lol I can guarantee you will not regret it. Our stay was for a week and I can honestly say, no one wanted to leave, not even my 4 yr old grandson, and that's saying something because he is always in a hurry to get home and play with his toys. Again, we had a lovely time and hope to be able to do it again next year!

Beautiful well-equipped townhouse!

We loved our stay here - the setting is quiet and peaceful, yet near everything. The house had everything we needed, and surprised us with things we didn't expect to find in a rental unit. It's beautifully decorated and updated (that master bath shower is gorgeous), and having 3 1/2 baths was wonderful for our family of four plus my sister. The weather even cooperated more than we expected, as we were able to get in two beach days and kayaking despite hearing there would be rain for several days. The location is a bit too far to walk to the beach, so we did drive over and deal with the parking (not an easy proposition anywhere in Rehoboth Beach), but that wouldn't keep us from staying here again. This unit is a very short walk to the development's outdoor pool, which looked very nice - but we just didn't have the time to actually use it! Do be aware that if you have elderly people staying with you, there are no bedrooms on the first floor... we gave our 14 year old a workout with all the times we forgot something upstairs. The third floor loft is wonderful for kids, though you do have to tell them that you can still hear them talking on the second floor! It was great that they had their own bathroom up there. We left new batteries for the Wii remotes since the ones there were dead - paying it forward.

grandparents delight

Spent 8 days in this fully equipped condo with everything we needed for a grandparents/grandchildren vacation. The unit had all the beach necessities and also a pool in the complex which was never crowded. The sunfish pond out the back door was a hit too. There were two bicycles which we let the teens use to their hearts content. The kitchen was very well equipped and there is a grill for outdoor cooking. We have a luxury villa in Cabo San Lucas and itt is not as well equipped as this. The location is very convenient to everything and the 3 1/2 baths is a plus with teens and their long showers. One of the best vacation rentals we've had.
