Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 8 + 2 babies/toddlers in cots (4 Bedrooms). However, it may be possible to accommodate a 9th person on a Z-bed (which we can hire) in the large downstairs bedroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, mirrors, cupboards, coat hangers, drawer units. Notes on bedrooms: Master bedroom (upstairs) with UK king-sized bed, en-suite, USB charging socket, hair dryer, and direct access to terrace. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with two single beds, direct access to terrace. Bedroom 3 (downstairs) large with 2 single beds, hair dryer, and USB charging socket, security box. Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 single beds.

About Neil Rogers-Davis
Owners, Jon & Helen Davis, are a young professional couple living in the south of England. They have two young children so know the difficulties in taking young children abroad. They have therefore ensured guests with babies or toddlers have access to a high level of suitable equipment, ensuring that the villa contains many safety features. They equally wish to cater for adults-only visitors and therefore equipment for children is largely out of sight. Jon and Helen, and Jon's parents (Neil & Rita - who currently act as honorary booking agents - see photo) have extensive knowledge of Northern Cyprus & in particular the Kyrenia region, having stayed in the area many times over the last 20 years. Why Neil Rogers-Davis chose Esentepe
Jon & Helen took possession of this new property in 2010 having watched progress during the building stage. Esentepe is a lovely quiet area set in the foothills of the beautiful Besparmak mountain range, topped with pine trees. It is far enough away from the bustle of Kyrenia - with its pretty harbour - but close enough to enjoy all that Kyrenia has to offer when required. Esentepe is a quaint, largely unspoilt village, and is often described as the gateway to the beautiful but more remote Karpas peninsular. A new but largely deserted highway allows much easier access to the Karpas than hitherto.
