We loved our stay here! Property management was outstanding, location was very good, close to the main termini but far enough away from the hectic activity. Accommodations were as advertised, comfortable with good AC and very comfortable. We would return to this property again.
We enjoyed our stay in Rome. Host was friendly and offered us local recommendations. View over the balcony was pretty and loved sitting out there at the end of our day. Beds were very firm but we had no troubles sleeping.
The apartment had the space we expected and the location was great. However, the second bedroom was a small loft without heat though the master bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The kitchen was disappointing since it had a gas stove without electric ignition, and we could not use a blow dryer with any appliance. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would certainly recommend staying there.
Well located, large and sunny apartment. Owner was nice and gave us good recommendations for local eats, etc. Wi-fi was spotty. Overall a very nice stay.
Great property and location. The building is a bit old, however, that seems to be quite common Theme in Rome. Fantastic experience overall on this property.
This was our first time to Rome. The apartment was centrally located, clean and very comfortable. The owner lined up a driver when we landed to bring us to the apartment and met us there when we got there. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this VRBO.
My family needed all the space and the two washrooms since I have older parents. Our family stay worked really well! We were so comfortable and warm and in the perfect location. Being so close to the Termini helped us for when we had to catch our early trains to and from our next locations. The welcome was so warm and everything we needed to know was clearly laid out for us.
What an incredible picturesque property in fabulous Monti! A short pleasant walk from Termini and a working elevator at the end - yay!
Windows in every room that face onto a quiet street…cafes, restaurants, boutiques fill the neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. I look forward to visiting again.
The apartment is HUGE and in a terrific location. It's an old building and there was a little problem with the elevator, but it was resolved before we ever had to carry luggage up the stairs - phew! A little disappointed we couldn't use the balcony because a previous guest had taken the key, but overall it was a lovely stay.
The location and size of this apartment were incredible. We loved that the bedrooms/bathrooms were on opposite sides, making it great for 2 couples or a small family looking for some privacy. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the furniture needs to be replaced. The beds where hard as a rock and the couches/chairs have seen better days.

Tired environment
The apartment, located in the oldest area, within 15-20 minutes walk to many points of interest The apartment itself is spacious, however, furniture very worn and uncomfortable. There are two bedrooms/baths with one shower. The washer was great! The management staff friendly and accommodating.
The apartment was lovely and the host very responsive to our questions. We did have to pay 30 Euro for late checkin in (9 pm). The host also arranged transport from the airport to the apartment for 70 Euro. The apartment is close to the Collesum and 20 minutes to Trevi fountain.

TLC
This property was very central and clean but needs some TLC, photos are deceiving.
We loved the property! It’s a beautiful, large, meandering property with lots of room to spread out. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were at opposite ends of the apartment. The decor was perfect, we felt we were in Italy! The view from the balconies was beautiful. The location can’t be beat. Restaurants and shops so close, the opera house , famous sites, the train and metro and bus stations so close. The property managers promptly answered our questions and arranged a pickup at the airport for us. Once orientated to the area we were easily able to take it from there. We spent Christmas in Rome and this apartment made it special!
Location was great. representative met us at the location to give us keys. I mistakenly used our euros to pay for taxi and didn't have the city tax on hand to give her which I knew ahead of time was required at check-in. She was understanding and told me to just leave it on counter, which I did. Glad it had an elevator. Apartment was big and roomy. A/C's work great. Beds and pillows are hard but we still slept good.

Special apartment in good location, but not in a good condition
We stayed for a week with 2 person end of August 2023. The heat did not bother us due to the air condition in the main room and bedroom.
The apartment has a good size and location in the city. With high ceiliings in a historic house with lift, it could be a five star location if it was better maintained. Unfortunately is is quite worn in general. E.g. dirty couch, toilet and shower courtain. Broken hooks in the bathroom, no coffee machine etc. which you can´t see on the pictures. We enjoyed our time in Rome anyway, but the apartment only deserves 3 stars.

This was the most disappointing stay I’ve experienced. The listing photos are extremely misleading and clearly very outdated. The apartment today is worn, outdated, and poorly maintained. The unit needs a deep cleaning. The duvets were yellowed and looked dirty, the walls and curtains were dingy, and there was a strange smell throughout the apartment. The furniture looks old and mismatched, not what you would expect for the price. The beds and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and there were only four pillows total for three guests staying four nights.Basic supplies were also lacking — only four rolls of toilet paper were provided and there were no napkins or paper towels at all. There are also maintenance issues, including a large crack from top to bottom in the second bathroom mirror. This was especially disappointing because I brought my daughters to Rome for their first visit and had really looked forward to this stay. Instead, the condition of the apartment made them uncomfortable. I even considered leaving early for a hotel but availability for three guests was limited during Holy Week. To be fair, the host representative who checked us in was very kind and allowed early check-in, which we appreciated. The location is also excellent and walkable to major attractions. Unfortunately, those were the only positives. This property needs updating, proper cleaning, and more accurate photos.
