Vacations villa situated in the north of the Mallorcan Island. The villa ubication is between the two towns of Pollença, Puerto de Pollença and the peninsula of Formentor, less than 2 km from the beach of Puerto de Pollença, the calas of Cala Sant Vicente and 6 km from the beach of Formentor.

This villa has a cleaning service during the stay, change of towels and linen, garden and pool mainteinance.
It has a table tennis, barbecue area, garden and a private parking, also Sat-TV, television, DVD, HI-FI, Internet Conection (WIFI), well equipped kitchen, separate kitchen, open plan lounge/saloon, sofa bed for two people.

Wir haben unseren Famileunurlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kinderspielzeug hat es keine im Haus. Nachdem ich nach der Ankunft das Haus durchgeputz habe, fühlten wir sind sehr wohl.

Great Holiday

Tolles Außengelende/renovierungbedürftiges Mobilar/ Top Service der Vermieter

Wir haben in dieser Finka einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht! Die Lage bietet viele Einkaufs und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten! Die Kommunikation und der service und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters kann garnicht besser sein! Unglaublich freundlich und stets in Bereitschaft. Erwehnte nützliche Gegenstände wurden sofort gebracht z.b. Das Außengelende mit dem Pool der vielen Liegen, des Grills, der Überdachung, hohen Hecke, Wäscheleine und Tischtennisplatte ist perfekt! Innen gibt es zum großen Vorteil sogar 3 Bäder! Perfekt für große Gruppen. Wir schon vorher auf den Bildern zu sehen ist... ist das Mobiliar eher alt und erfüllt bloß seinen Zweck. Es wäre einladener und gemütlicher mit ein paar neuen Möbeln und Versiegelungen Vorallem im Bad und Küche. Bei der Anreise roch es leider auch sehr nach Chemie/Lack/Farbe... der Geruch nahm zum Glück ab oder wir nahmen ihn nicht mehr war🙈. Entweder würde was gestrichen oder es sind die Möbel. Bis auf 2-3 Flecken auf dem Bettüberwürfen war es sauber. Durch das rustikale ist nur der erste Eindruck sehr ernüchternd und uneinladent. Das hat unseren Urlaub aber nicht großartig beeinflusst. 3 Duschen+WCs , die Außenanlagen und der Vermieter sorgen für eine Weiterempfehlung.

Rented this villa for 6 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. As others have mentioned, it does need updating but is completely adequate for what we wanted. The pool was fantastic as was the loacation and help from Antonio. Will definately be back.

We loved the villa from the moment we arrived with a little help from Antonia the owner, we are a family of 6 adults and 4 boys ages from 11yrs to 3yrs. They enjoyed the games table and spent lots of time in the swimming pool which was cleaned twice during our stay, the villa was adequate for all of our needs, and we enjoyed having BBQ's outside. the villa was very clean and was not overlooked. within a 5 min drive were stunning beaches where we snorkelled, rented pedalos & a paddle board, The supermarkets were also very near with access to everything we needed, should we return again to Majorca we would book this villa if it was available for our dates many thanks

Great pool and BBQ area

Had a lovely week here July 2017 villa was acceptable very dated in places bathrooms and kitchen could do with complete refurbishment, air conditioning noisy and non existant in one of bedrooms, we spent most of our time outside, great pool area, good size BBQ. No mid week clean, towels changed on Wednesday, no cleaners until last day when they arrived and hour earlier which was a bit of a problem for us as my disabled son wasn't ready and we had to rush, owner advised due to family illness which he tried to tell us about when he left the towels but as this was when we were still asleep hence didn't happen. Overall lovely outside area and big enough for our party of 7 adults and 2 children, 1 child's fold up bed which was a bit uncomfortable for my 9 year old grandson. Great area we have been visiting the island since 1996 and know the area well and will be returning again soon. The dated areas in the villa did not deter our family having a great time and would return here again. Recommend Poli's Pizza in Cala San Vincente and The Miromar Alcudia by the marina excellent food in both great service, reasonable prices.

Perfect Villa

C'an Escandeau is a lovely villa. We have just returned from a 2 week holiday there. The listing is very accurate. In our group there were 2 families, 5 children and 4 adults we all stayed there perfectly. The pool is a perfect size and very clean. Children and Adults loved it. (Pool man came 2x a week). The owner was very friendly and helpful. The villa was also cleaned 2x a week. It is in a lovely quiet location and not over looked. It is very well equipped for all ages and the Air Con in the bedrooms was great in the heat wave we had when we were in majorca, 38c most days! HOT. I would recommend it to everyone and will book to go back again!

Fantastic villa

We've just returned from staying at C'an Escandeau for a fortnight. The villa is perfect for a family holiday. It has everything you need and is in a great location. The pool is fantastic, the kids loved it (7yrs, 10yrs and 13yrs) and it was extremely clean. We've enjoyed cooking barbecues and eating on the beautiful verandah. The owner of the villa is very friendly and helpful.

Villa near Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca

We took the villa for the whole family (incl. 2 grandchildren), and it was our first villa holiday. We had a really great time, and the villa was a great base! Many barbecues, much use of the pool, and without doubt we will do it again!

Because it's a great area, which is near the beach and the mountains, located in the north of Majorca. the house has large and bright rooms, and has a very nice building barbecue, also has a very nice and neat garden area next to a solarium area on a large terrace. It has a very nice pool with Roman steps. the lounge area has a tv, dvd, tv satelite, internet. There is also a table tennis table available on the terrace.
