Lovely modern apartment in the heart of Benalmadena Costa.
Loved how modern it was, king size bed was super comfy and smelt of lovely fresh linen. We didnt even have to leave the apartment to sunbathe as the sun was on the balcony all day. The sound of the waves at night was very relaxing
Beautiful clean sea front apartment, close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Very relaxing with all mod cons. Arrived home today but would have preferred to self isolate in that location as very safe and well policed unlike the UK, they have very strict rules in connection with Covid 19 and it feels a much safer place to be.
Everything about this apartment was amazing. Gary and his wife have thought of everything one could need. We don’t normally go back to the same area twice but will definitely go back. Thank you both
I cannot fault this property. It is exceptionally clean and modern. Lots of extras such as spare toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing powder and much more. The views from the terrace cannot be beaten. I would rate this rental 6 stars if I could.

My family and I stayed at this amazing apartment for 18 days. Gary was absolutely brilliant before we arrived, on arrival and during our stay. Very helpful and friendly.
The apartment is situated in beautiful, well maintained grounds. It is ideally situated for all you would require to enjoy a stay in Benalmadena. Every aspect of the apartment was to a very high standard. The views from the terrace were spectacular which overlooks the beach and promenade.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, made even more special by this amzing apartment.
As a host, Gary is simply one of the best. We will have no hesitation booking this, or one of his other apartments on our return to Benalmadena.
My wife, 9 year old daughter and I have just returned home from a weeks holiday, staying in this apartment.
The location is excellent, being only a few minutes walk to the beach and a comfortable short walk to the marina. Bus stop on the road behind, has frequent service to takeyou to numerous other destinations (tivoli, Pueblo, Sewlo Marina etc)
Gary met us on arrival (having kindly organised a taxi for us) and showed us how all the mod cons worked. The apartment was modern, clean and tidy with pride being taken by the owner. Great TV service and fast WiFi.
Outside, a wonderful balcony overlooks the sea and marina, lovely to sip a beer in the evening and watch the world go by. To the rear, there is a lovely communal pool in the most luscious gardens and was never too busy.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist tipptopp ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von Vorteil ist auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung gibt und bei Bedarf eine Heizung angeschaltet werden kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Gastgeber und die Wohnung mehr als empfehlen. Danke Gary für den tollen Aufenthalt.
This beautiful condo is ideally situated, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and a few hundred meters from an award winning marina with its shops and restaurants. A promenade separates the condo from the beach and offers an excellent area to stroll or jog. Gary, the owner was at the condo for check-in and explained fully the extremely well appointed facilities. He was available throughout our stay and was anxious that we were well looked after. The surroundings are well maintained and beautiful. Parking is convenient. We hope that we may return in the near future.
Excellent location, you can walk to bars restaurants shops
The view is fabulous looking out to sea, beach and harbour it’s a sun trap too which was ideal in January. Spotless and well presented. There’s a garden pool area which looked ideal for warmer months.

This apartment is perfect - very clean, modern and Gary the owner has made sure everything needed is there for you, couldn’t have asked for more. There is a wonderful view out over the sea and promenade. The location is right by the beach, bars and restaurants with a short walk to the Marina. The pool and gardens are well kept and don’t get busy. Would highly recommend and if we return to Benalmadena will definitely stay here again.
Everything about this place is perfect best thing to say is we would definitely want to return there, thank you Gary for being a great host and providing such great accommodation.

QUALITY ACCOMMODATION
This was our 3rd stay at this terrific accommodation. very spacious and airy. The standard of cleanliness is up with the best. The bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed with crisp linen and comfy pillows. The tiled bathroom is decorated to a very high standard with exceptional fittings, including a large walk-in shower.
Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. Not that we cook on holiday as restaurants and bars are on the "doorstep". The sitting room again is spacious with 2 new leather couches. This area also has TV with every channel possible... There is a conservatory style dining area which leads on to a balcony with the most fabulous sea views. Just perfect for relaxing day or night.
The owner Gary could not be more helpful .
I would not hesitate to recommend booking this apartment.

Very comfortable and nice position.
We have stayed at this apartment on a number of occasions. The position is ideal - close to restaurants and bars, panoramic sea views and within easy walking distance to the Marina and Paloma Park.The apartment is very spacious and decorated to a high spec.

Perfect location for a summer holiday
Apartment is in a perfect location for Benalmedena. It really is beach front, only 30secs from the main bars & restaurants on the promenade.
The owners communication was superb and organised both taxi journeys to and from the airport upfront. The apartment has everything you need for a very relaxing holiday, fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, great sun terrace, balcony and a private pool for residents on the complex. Overall would recommend and will definitely be booking again.

"Great Apartment"
We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights in August. Upon arrival Gary the owner was there to greet us and showed us how everything worked etc, The apartment had everything we could have wished for and the views from the balcony were excellent.
It is in the locality of some nice bars and restaurants and would not hesitate in recommending this apartment as top class. Gary the owner even organised our transfers to the airport. we will def be returning next year!!! Bernie and Wendy

Spectacular Ocean Views
Another wonderful stay in Gary's clean, comfortable and spacious apartment which boasts amazing sea views from the balcony. The apartment is home from home and even has binoculars so you can watch the boats going into and out of the harbour. Gary is always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had an amazing stay at this beach front apartment.Spotless and clean,this property has everything you could wish for.
The location is perfect near bars and restaurants and transportation links.
Gary arranged airport pick up and was there to greet us and show us around the property.Wifi and TV channels were all in place.
View from the balcony is truly amazing.

Fantastic holiday in a great apartment. It is even better than it looks in the photographs! The view is spectacular and listening to the waves whilst on the balcony is just perfect. It is close to great bars, restaurants, shops and transport links. Gary has provided all mod cons in this spotlessly clean and spacious apartment. He was really helpful throughout the booking process. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again soon.

Living the dream
This was our 4th stay in this amazing apartment in the last 4 years been there twice in January in june and again in October doesn't matter what time of the year it is its always a fantastic place to stay
Very clean, cosy and very handy to the brilliant bars and restraunts close by
Gary and Lena the owners are always helpful and always go out of their way to make your stay really enjoyable
Can't wait to go back this year if we can get booked?
