Property was the same as what is says on the Web site and is accurate.

The reason for the poor score this is the second time in 18 months we have been located in this area of Garden City and the smell of people smoking drugs was bad and was strongly smelt on our Balcony each day and also each night. The apartment was very nice and also the property manager but the smell of drugs lot this down really bad and I would not be staying in this area again due to this reason alone. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience that you have encountered during your stay. Even though I am against the use of any drugs, the local legislation is very loyal to light drugs and the smell of cannabis can be felt anytime and anywhere. It is sad, that these circumstances have overwhelmed you and didn't let you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, but it seems a bit unfair to give my property just one star in rating for the reasons which are beyond my responsibility or control. From my side I have done all I could to ensure you get clean, tidy apartment and I'm always there to help my guests when they need.

Cockroaches are so called palm bugs. They have wings and can fly. The insects is something you encounter in Tenerife due to tropical climate. The girl who lived there had an insect phobia. That's sounds like an evident explanation to me because I had no complaints from the other guests before and after your stay regarding insects. And definitely the guests have to inform the owner if they wish to leave earlier and not run away without telling a word like it was done. Very poor communication.

100% recomendable!

Amazing 10 days

I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to Enjoy Garden City. The apartment was exactly as we could see on the pictures. Very good size for a couple! I loved the kitchen, it was fully equipped. (Food cupboard:rice, pasta, oil, spices, salt etc!!!!) Big flat screen TV increases the comfort! We really enjoyed the balcony to have a lunch there or for talking during the night. It was quiet! There are 2 swimming pool, the bigger one was busier. Good size, lifeguard is always there. Flat part for babies, kids and 2,5m depth for swimming. Poolbar with free wifi, but is was weak sometimes. The prices are fine. The location is excellent. Mercadona literally 5 minutes walk from the apartment as well as the Siam park or the Aqualand Adeje. Ocean is 10 minutes walk, with a very nice coast. Restaurants around! Hospital and pharmacy is just 2-3 mins walk. I have to mention regarding the mediterranean area: There were not cockroaches at all! Thanks Dimitri, we definitely recommend the apartment for anyone who wants to have a nice time in Tenerife. We will go back as soon as possible! All the best Niki and Gergo
