We hsve stayed at Northcoast village msny times, this unit is our favorite so far. It was well equipped and the location was perfect. Definitely going to book anither stay in tbis unit.

Wonderful stay in Oceanside! Beautiful facility, and this condo was great. Updated, all the appliances you need…and very comfy. They’ve thought of everything and we’d definitely stay here again. View of the beach from the patio door and super quick walk to the sand.

Oceanside Harbor Beach Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented unit G37 many times for July 4th week! We love the location, easy access, and amenities of the North Coast Village complex. Always clean and in good repair, even though some of the furniture is aging. We find it very well suited to two adult couples, with occasional day visitors. Lots of access to the beach, harbor restaurants and shops, and all of the NCV pools, and recreational activities. MMV associate Misti was quite helpful from reservation until checkout. We have already booked for next year!

Such a great spot. Love the location and walk ability to the beach and town. Doesn't face the beach but there's a side view. Was not within the gated portion of the property but the ease of access made up for it.

This has been the most wonderful spot at North Coast Village! We love staying here so much. It was clean, comfortable, updated and the perfect location. Our boys had so much fun playing outside in the grass, while we looked at the ocean waves!! Beautiful!

Second time staying in this same condo! Love the location, views and space! It was clean and has comfy furniture/beds. Made use of the two large fans to help dry out gear and keep the condo comfortable. Wish there was a beach umbrella, and a griddle for the kitchen (the large non stick pan was very sticky). Would stay here again, but really wish they wouldn’t keep upping the price so much every year.Property manager emailed us right back if I ever had questions.

Just what we hoped for

Loved everything about this place! Location was perfect for our family to come to and from the beach and walk to the harbor and the market. Beds and couches were comfy, kitchen was great, wish it had salad tongs and a griddle otherwise had everything we needed.
