We are a party of six adults from Canada and checked into the villa casa nova in September 2026 for a fantastic 2 week stay. The villa is as described. The three bedrooms all had very comfortable beds and everything was clean. We love that all the bedrooms had ensuites. The kitchen is well appointed.If you don’t want to cook there are many good restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite were Sao Domingo’s, Mr Singh and Ursan. The back yard is beautiful. We spent many days swimming in the pool and using the many eating and sitting areas. If you choose villa casa nova you won’t be disappointed! The location was very central to visit a large part of the algarve. The hosts were very kind and responded promptly to any questions we had. Thank you Tony and Jenny! Your place in the algarve made our experience in Portugal a fantastic one!

Kitchen was incredibly well provisioned. Everything in villa was very clean. In the twin room, the duvet didn’t fit the linen cover so was difficult to keep on bed thru the night.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The area is very quiet and centrally located to explore the Algarve. The pool area was a great place to relax with numerous seating areas, beautiful gardens and well stocked barbecue. The roof terrace was a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal while admiring the sunset. Great restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. Sabor Da Brasa Chef Loro is an amazing all you can eat Brazilian Steakhouse where you will not leave hungry! We would drive to the beach where there was plenty of parking, restaurants and loungers available. The villa was vey clean with a well equipped kitchen, attached bathrooms for each bedroom and air conditioning that worked well for the entire villa. We definitely would recommend this villa to friends and family as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Tony and Marta were very responsive to any questions we had. The house is very well equipped. The property is wonderful and is in a great location, close to beaches and great for walking around. Grocery stores are very close by. Albufeira is only a 15 minute drive, Loule/Faro is 30 minutes, very convenient. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Overall just a great place to stay.

Great stay and a super villa

We had a great family stay (6 adults) and the villa was up to expectations. The villa is very well appointed and the garden and the outside area is excellent and the location was very quiet.The entrance is a little tight for cars but manageable.Overall a great place to stay

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The check in process was easy and the villa was immaculate on arrival. The space is large and comfortable with a fantastic pool area. Nice local restaurants and a short trip to more lively areas. Would happily stay again.

Great Location

Very nice clean place! Nice backyard and short drive or long walk to the beach. Marta was nice to let us check in a little early and quickly addressed a small issue we had with the washing machine.

Another lovely stay…

This was our second time staying at the villa and we enjoyed it as much as the first. The villa is modern and spacious, the pool area is the same and there are places to go locally to match differing tastes. Communication was great and the villa was clean and tidy.

Perfect Introduction to the Algarve

This was our first time in the Algarve, and we were looking for a house for the family that we could all be in and enjoy and use as a home base. This was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that we were looking for, with some fantastic recommendations in the area (many within walking distance). We would absolutely stay here again!
