Centrally located in the Ciutat Vella neighborhood, in the area there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, markets, shops and shopping centers. Well connected, 200 m from the metro station that takes you to the airport in just over 30 minutes. 500 meters from Estació del Nord train station. Bus lines to the City of Arts and Sciences and the beach.
Practically next to the Archaeological Garden, where the MUVIM (Valencian Museum of Enlightenment and Modernity) is located.
