4 Bedroom Private Home with Salt-water Pool Sleeps 10

New home in the the center of Rehoboth! Three easy blocks to the beach. 4 Bedrooms, plus den, sleeps up to 10, 3 ½ baths, plus outdoor shower. Two master suites.

Beautiful in ground salt-water pool with a secluded setting; it is like a private compound, yet you are just minutes away from the shops, restaurants, clubs, boardwalk, and beach. You will not need your car, but there is parking for four cars!

Activities abound! You are just minutes from the breakwater bike trail to historic Lewes, sailing and power boating on the Rehoboth Bay, and of course, the beach and boardwalk.

About the pool - Pool may be heated for an additional fee upon request - $400 per week or $75 per day for stays less than 7 nights. Please confirm at time of booking if you would like the pool heated. We can add the fee to your rental agreement.

This house is beautiful! So many rooms, so many bathrooms, and great shared spaces for gathering and fun. The pool and grill in the backyard are fantastic to have for those days when we might not want to venture to the beach. Michael was very quick to reply with any additional questions that we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

We LOVED this house! There were 7 of us and it still felt like there was extra room. The design made it feel like a welcoming beach house that was comfortable and cozy. The space was clean and well equipped. We took advantage of the grill, top floor deck, enclosed patio space and of course the pool. Sadly it rained most of our stay but I wasn’t even upset about staying indoors here. The host kind, very detailed in their check in process, and quick to respond. I would 100% come back to this house for my next visit.

This house was absolutely perfect for our week at the beach. Very centrally located - we barely used our car all week. The pool was a huge hit and the house was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location. Very clean. Great room configuration w bathrooms in suite or conjoining. Salt water heated pool. Very wide open space within the house. Very comfortable.The only negative is no sheets or towels provided. I’d rent this place again. Michael the property manager was awesome.

Beautiful House in an Excellent Location

The house is well laid out for at least 8 people. The pull out bed in the upstairs loft/family room is fairly private also if you need it for #9 and 10. The kitchen is well stocked, as are the book and game shelves. The pool is lovely, and the rooftop deck gives another private space to relax.

I only have good things to say about this property, The house and yard were lovely. House was clean and comfortable We did not use the grill so I cannot comment on that but the kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals The living area was perfect for family games So close to everything in Rehobeth, we parked when we arrived and did not get in the car again. We walked and biked everywhere. It was a bit of a pain to bring or rent our bed linens and towels but not deal breaker! thank you!

The perfect house in the perfect location!

This was the perfect house, located in the perfect spot. It was very clean, updated, and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows. The house had pretty much everything you need, except for bed sheets and bath towels, which weren't a problem to bring along. The property is well within walking distance to all the shops, boardwalk area, and beach. Pretty quiet area, yet still close to everything. Parking passes were provided if you didn't feel like walking. Outlets, grocery store, and Walmart (not a grocery one) were just a few minutes away driving. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing house and location!!

From the appearance as you arrive to walking thru the entire house, this property is perfect. Michael is extremely quick and responsive to any questions or concerns. The rooms are all very well laid out, the kitchen and living room(where we spent most of our time) was absolutely fantastic. Large dining room table was great. The living room layout was perfect for hanging out and working daily on our puzzle for the week. Again great house and can’t recommend it enough. It’s perfect for 8 ppl but you can accommodate an extra 2 in the upstairs common area. And the location is perfect, short walk to anywhere you have to go, whether it’s out to dinner/shopping or down to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We had a very nice time and the house was as advertised and in a great location and we loved the pool but there were some issues. The home lacked some basic necessities. Poor lighting in bathrooms. No full length mirrors. Poor insulation…could hear everything in first floor bedroom. Grill was rusted out and not usable. I had to wash the the first floor bedspread as there was a sticky substance on it. All in all, these issues did not overshadow our vacation but for the price, we expected more.

Two families stayed at the property- 4 adults, three kids- and we felt that the space was perfect for our group. Location is ideal- walk to restaurants, shopping, and beach.
