Pool - Private pool and patio area, sunloungers. There is a second patio area furnished with a table and chairs. Maximum sunshine so ideal for sunbathing.

Kitchen - Washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, grill, toaster and kettle. The dining area leads off from the kitchen where there is a table and seating for six.
Bedrooms x3. All Air-conditioned, fitted wardrobes, small balconies with table and 2 chairs on 2 balconies
Bathroom - Bath, shower and WC. There is a separate WC and shower room downstairs. Hairdryer and hair straightener.
Parking - Private driveway.
TV System - Triotech TV box which has UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV plus catch up TV. There are also hundreds of current DVD quality movies available.
Additional Features - Free WiFi, safe, iron and ironing board. .
Linen - Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.
Location - The seafront is a 20-minute walk and the bars and restaurants 15 minutes.

1st trip to paphos

property was clean well equipped with very nice pool.nice surrounding area and neighbours would recommend car hire as most places not within walking distance especially in the heat

Nice villa with private pool

I stayed in this villa for two weeks in September 2021. The place was clean and tidy and it had everything that you would need for a holiday, the privte pool was great. Susanne gave instructions on how to get into the property and informed me when needed so there were no surprises. Overall I would recommend this property.
