Villa Sofia is perfect for a group or family and has all the amenities required for that perfect villa holiday. The villa is equipped with air con, wifi, satellite tv and a beautifully designed outdoor area incorporating private swimming pool and various alfresco dining and relaxing areas.

A car is not essential as most amenities and many attractions are offered within walking distance. Those further afield are served by an excellent modern air conditioned bus service.

Villa Sofia has been furnished to a high standard and has a large, spacious interior. The entrance to the villa leads through a hallway area into a very large lounge (TV, Stereo and DVD) and seating area in an open plan arrangement with the dining room set to one side for indoor eating. The kitchen is found on the right of the entrance hallway and has large sliding doors leading out onto a patio area where there is the first of three outdoor seating areas. The kitchen includes a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and dishwasher. A large walk in w/c is also located under the staircase where there is a washing machine.

The staircase leads to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms can be found. The main bedroom is a double with en-suite and walk in shower for those warm summer days. It boasts a balcony that overlooks the pool area and provides mountain views over the hills of Peyia.
The second bedroom is a twin room also providing access to the upper balcony. Bedroom 3 is another twin room with dual aspect windows overlooking the pool and front garden. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs with a bath and shower.

The exterior of the villa features landscaped gardens with citrus fruit trees and a private swimming pool. The spacious open plan lounge and dining rooms each have large sliding doors leading out onto a shaded patio with lounge seating that looks towards the pool. To the rear of the villa is a beautiful Pergola area alongside the BBQ which provides perfect shade from the midday sun whilst also acting as a fabulous environment for long alfresco evenings.

The villa also a wide range of movies available via the TV package and enjoys a selection of DVD's which range from children classics to family movies. There are also a selection of books, games and puzzles to help you enjoy your stay.

Air conditioning is included and is subject to a fair use policy, due to the cost of electricity and consideration for the environment. Excessive or inconsiderate use will incur a surcharge.
