Excellent location

Our family with two young adults stayed here a week. The unit was very nicely decorated with everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, including spices, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles left to use. They even had beach towels! We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is in a great location for a lot of good restaurants. There was a public beach access right next to the property and a surf camp was going on while we were there, but even with that, the beach was not overly crowded. We will definitely look in to staying here again!

Everything you need including a great location!

This was our 2nd year staying at Unit 22. The unit has a lot to offer, and is always in good shape and well decorated. We especially enjoy the close proximity to the pool and the ocean. The teens love to walk to the Kookaburra for their morning coffee, and we walk together as a family to the numerous restaurants. Historic downtown is only a 10-minute drive. It all makes for a perfect vacation we will never forget!

Great Place to Stay

Convenient to both the Beach and the pool. Very well decorated and comfortable. Very conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. Great walkway access to the no drive beach. Th kitchen was the best equipped of any we have rented in our 10 years of coming to St. Augustine . Only two recommendations, A grab bar would be helpful in the Master Bedroom tub for those of us over 70. A new dryer in the laundry since it took 3 times to dry towels and clothes.

The place was beautiful and enjoyed it very much. The only complain was the sofa pull out bed needs a new mattress. Other then that, it was perfect. Also, we had no trouble getting an uber into St Augustine while we were there and not that expensive from this area.

Great Property, Great Location!

This was an excellent property! It was just as it appeared in the photos and the location was superb. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The place was stocked with basics to get you started and it was spotless. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the discomfort of the bed - it was so hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Other than that, we loved it and hope to visit St. Augustine again soon.

Adorable, clean and spacious condo with a beautiful pool view!

My friends and I were so impressed with this condo - it was extremely clean, spacious, amazing for 5 people, and had the most incredible large back patio facing the pool and dunes. They had stocked the fridge with silverware, dinnerware and common spices, which made cooking a breeze! We felt super safe and secure and it was in a prime location on St. Augustine Beach. The pool was SO clean and the water temperature was perfect. They even provided us floaties, boogie boards, and more for a perfect day at the beach. I would highly recommend this condo and we will DEFINITELY return the next time we are in town! Thank you for making my friend's bachelorette a weekend to remember!
