About this property

Great House with a jacuzzi, pool, outdoor fireplace & a large backyard!

Cleanliness is our priority! Everything is sanitized thoroughly between guests.

Vacation rental located on the border of Gilbert & Chandler. Close to major freeways and 25 minutes from the Phoenix Airport. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and will sleep at least 8. The backyard has a pool, outdoor firepit, bbq, a covered patio with a large seating area and a table with chairs. It also has a large grassy area towards the back of the yard. As well. The inside includes a washer/dryer, desk, fully loaded kitchen and a huge upstairs loft with a tv, and L-shaped couch and a slider that goes out to the balcony. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a slider that goes out to the backyard. The master also has a walk-in closet with a king tempurpedic adjustable bed. There are 3 other bedrooms that all have queen beds, 1 is adjustable and 1 is a pillow top. There is also Direct-tv Satellite, Netflix and wireless internet.

Dogs not allowed on any furniture (too hard to get the hair off) or in the pool. Dogs in the pool will result in a fine. The hair clogs the filters.

House is beautiful but can tell corners were cut when it came to repairs and cleanliness. Host is communicative. Hot tub is nice. Advertises you can have parties and events there but don’t make the mistake I did and invite more than 9 people. (10 people total can be in the house at once) Which is not made clear at time of booking

It clearly states in the rules that no more than guests are allowed. I also texted you when you asked if more could come and made an exception allowing "15" more. I asked that you please not park on the street. There were several cars parked on the street. You snuck a dog in that we saw on the ring camera in the front yard. It also clearly states that dogs must be approved by the owner. You didn't mention anything or include the dog fee in your reservation request. You said you would pay the dog fee but you still haven't paid or contacted us to make arrangements. Positives - Good communication, responding right away. There was no damage and the house was mostly clean.

House was well equipped for our stay with cleaning supplies, fully functioning kitchen, comfortable furniture and lots of bath towels. Street was very quiet yet close to stores and businesses.. Didnt use the pool but it was clean and the backyard was great with furniture, tables, grill, and firepit. We were 4 men over 60, there to golf, and we all loved the property and will stay there again if its avaliable.

This spacious 4-bedroom home was stocked with everything we needed for living and fun. When we had a question the owner responded immediately. We spent our time in the open concept kitchen and living area and outside in the beautiful backyard— a true highlight. (The only drawback was that the unheated pool was truly ice cold.) I appreciated the quiet neighborhood with its mini parks and close proximity to a variety of stores and restaurants.

I don't believe a 4-star for the pool is warranted. If you wanted a heated pool, you should've asked if the pool was heated before making the reservation (in my opinion). A small percentage of the pools in AZ are heated. We have a jacuzzi for that reason. It heats up to 110 degrees.

Home away from home.

Annual summer vacation did not disappoint with this house. As soon as we walked In we felt comfortable and loved the fact that we could all spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool was amazing and much needed coming from the PNW. Over all this will definitely be a place we will be looking into staying at again.
