About this property

Great House with a jacuzzi, pool, outdoor fireplace & a large backyard!

Cleanliness is our priority! Everything is sanitized thoroughly between guests.

Vacation rental located on the border of Gilbert & Chandler. Close to major freeways and 25 minutes from the Phoenix Airport. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and will sleep at least 8. The backyard has a pool, outdoor firepit, bbq, a covered patio with a large seating area and a table with chairs. It also has a large grassy area towards the back of the yard. As well. The inside includes a washer/dryer, desk, fully loaded kitchen and a huge upstairs loft with a tv, and L-shaped couch and a slider that goes out to the balcony. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a slider that goes out to the backyard. The master also has a walk-in closet with a king tempurpedic adjustable bed. There are 3 other bedrooms that all have queen beds, 1 is adjustable and 1 is a pillow top. There is also Direct-tv Satellite, Netflix and wireless internet.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Dogs not allowed on any furniture (too hard to get the hair off) or in the pool. Dogs in the pool will result in a fine. The hair clogs the filters.

This was a great house. Very comfortable, with many wonderful touches, including spices to help with cooking at the residence. We would definitely stay here again. Had some issues with the television, contacted the host, and the issues were resolved the same day.

Great house with plenty of room to spread out indoors or outdoors. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The backyard is it's own oasis, great spot for family fun! We make an annual trip to Phoenix for kid's club sports, will definitely come back here!

House was well equipped for our stay with cleaning supplies, fully functioning kitchen, comfortable furniture and lots of bath towels. Street was very quiet yet close to stores and businesses.. Didnt use the pool but it was clean and the backyard was great with furniture, tables, grill, and firepit. We were 4 men over 60, there to golf, and we all loved the property and will stay there again if its avaliable.

Great location! The pool and hot tub was amazing to have for us and the kiddo! Very clean and spacious. Perfect house to spend the week visiting grandparents and having them stay with us for more family bonding time. Would rent again in the future!

Home away from home.

Annual summer vacation did not disappoint with this house. As soon as we walked In we felt comfortable and loved the fact that we could all spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool was amazing and much needed coming from the PNW. Over all this will definitely be a place we will be looking into staying at again.

Everything we needed and then some!

We had a small family reunion in the home. Everything was great! From the amenities to the little items in the cupboards. I would definitely recommend and be willing to rent again if the opportunity arises.

VERY CLEAN AND RELAXING HOUSE WITH LOTS TO DO

The property manager was great with communication. The house was great, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I’ve stayed in some with few kitchen supplies such as pots and pans but this house is ready for any meal you might want to fix or grill. Amazing backyard with ample seating for family and friends. We will definitely book this house again if we are in Chandler.
