One bedroom with queen size bed, one bathroom and shower, (which is off the bedroom), fully equipped eat in kitchen, living room with queen size sleeper couch and Vermont Casting gas stove, laundry room with washer/dryer. We also have a commercial twin rollout bed available. The apartment is ideal for couples or a couple and child.
The apartment has been completely remodeled in 2016. New carpet in the living room and bedroom was laid in 2023. There's a flat screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom with cable, WiFi. There’s also an outdoor fire pit and grill for your relaxation and enjoyment.

This cozy 4 room, 1 bath apartment is located in a private wooded setting, just 3 miles from downtown Lake Placid, 1 1/2 miles from the Olympic ski jumps, 5 miles from Mt. Van Hoevenberg, 8 miles from Whiteface Mountain, and minutes from the Jack rabbit Trail.
The apartment is very well maintained. It is on the ground floor of our home with its own entrance and easy off street parking.
The entrance leads to a laundry/ ski room which accommodates skis, poles, boots, and clothing.
