Muy buena ubicación, limpio y en muy buen estado.

La ubicación, una buena climatización, la terraza la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. La cocina tenía buen menaje, las camas estaban bien, todo en general muy limpio y en buen estado. Totalmente recomendable. Volvería siempre a este apartamento Por añadir algo, quizás un juego de llaves adicional nos hubiera venido bien

Top- Lage

Die Ferienwohnung in Top- Lage direkt am Strand war perfekt für unseren Kurz- Trip im Februar. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so gut mitgespielt aber wir haben es uns zu sechst in der Wohnung gemütlich gemacht (Heizung war Gold wert, x Box für die Jungs auch;)) die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super unkompliziert und schnell. Ich hatte etwas in der Wohnung vergessen und es hat super geklappt dass alles schnell geklärt wurde und dann nachgesendet werden konnte. Wir kommen Jederzeit wieder gerne. Nur mit ein wenig mehr Sonne ;)

Perfekte Lage zum Strand, sehr sauber, optimale Ausstattung, alles da. Am Sonntag in der Früh ist der Wasserboiler ausgefallen. Kurze Info an die Agentur. Am Mittag war ein neuer Boiler installiert. Freundlicher und sehr schneller Service, was will man mehr!

Wohnung direkt am Strand

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist sauber, liegt direkt am Strand. Highlight: Frühstück in der Sonne um 08:00 Uhr auf dem Balkon. Parken direkt vor der Haustür ist (zumindest im November) kein Problem. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur hat hervorragend geklappt, kleinere Probleme (eine Badezimmertür könnte nicht geschlossen werden) würden zeitnah gelöst.

La ubicación tan cerca de la playa. Es un apartamento amplio, bien distribuido y muy cómodo. Los cuchillos es lo único que nos han dado guerra ¡no cortaban! Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Geweldig appartement

Zeer groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima lokatie direkt op een lang en breed zandstrand. Alleen in oktober is vrijwel alles in de omgeving gesloten en super stil. Zeer aardige en behulpzame eigenaar die prima service verleende. Wasmachine vertoonde gebreken, werd direct wat aan gedaan. Bij wat minder mooi weer is het, mooie grote, balkon soms erg winderig. De dicht te schuiven “gordijnen” die het balkon tegen wind en/of zon zouden moeten beschermen zijn slecht en aan vervanging toe. NB: in de vermelding staat dat wij er in september waren maar dat is niet juist. Wij waren er de gehele maand oktober 2018.

Recomendable para familias con niños. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, la piscina es grande, limpia y con mucho espacio. La playa está a un minuto perfectamente acondicionada: pasarelas, duchas, limpieza diaria, chiringuitos...

Muy buena ubicación

Muy buena ubicación para disfrutar de la playa, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.Terraza amplia. Poca cristalería y la mampara de los baños podría estar más limpia. El mando de la TV no funcionaba bien.

Hola Mercedes. Vamos a repasar la cristalería y ver qué podemos añadir más. En principio, además de los vasos de agua y de vino, debería haber 6 copas de vino, 6 balones para copa de licor y 6 copas de champagne. Lamentamos que la mampara no estuviera perfectamente limpia. También veremos el mando de la TV Samsung que es nueva y no debería dar ningún problema. Gracias por tus comentarios y esperamos poder volver a veros en otra ocasión. Gregorio.

un apartamento precioso, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. No utilizamos casi la cocina pero estaba muy completa. El entorno inmejorable, nos gusto mucho
