I have taken care of the decoration and equipment of the apartment in detail so that you enjoy all the advantages and comforts of staying in a house.As soon as you open the door, the luminosity and spaciousness will leave you surprised.The living room, full of windows, shares space with a kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare dishes with local products if you want. Right next to the building there is a supermarket and the Calle Feria Market 350 meters away.In a corner of the living room I have put the bathtub of my dreams to enjoy relaxing baths is ideal.There is a separate bathroom with a shower, large mirror and good lighting. There is a hairdryer, soap, paper for the bathroom ... the usual and necessary for your stay.In the room, separated by original panels, there is a comfortable large bed for 2 people, a place to put clothes and plenty of light through the window, but also a dark curtain to cover it if you prefer.The entire floor of the house is made of wood and there is central air conditioning to keep the whole house at a comfortable temperature.Towels and sheets included in your stay.

Schwierige Kommunikation

Der Aufenthalt war völlig in Ordnung, nur die Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt war unnötig anstrengend. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war weder auf FEWo-direkt noch bei der Agentur Sevillamoving (Firmensitz in Irland zwecks Steuerersparnis) mehr einsehbar, so daß wir komplett ohne Infos über die Ausstattung gelassen wurden. Fewo teilte telefonisch mit, daß sie mit Sevillamoving nicht mehr zusammenarbeiten. Da hätten wir uns gefreut wenn wir im Vorfeld darüber informiert worden wären, da Sevillamoving in Sachen Vermietung einige schlechte Bewertungen im Netz hat. Dem füge ich jetzt mal eine schlechte Bewertung von FEWO hinzu. Die einizige Aufgabe von Vermittlern wie FEWo ist Kommunikation! Werdet besser!
