We really enjoyed our stay. The location and amenities were perfect, and the kitchen and bath were stocked with what we needed. The neighborhood is so cute and very safe. We would love to stay there again when we come back to Mt. Pleasant.

Family Gathering

My two sons and I met at the condo for a short vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet. I enjoyed the fenced in deck area. We had everything we needed there. Iy was close to everything that Charleston has to offer. We had a lovely time.

Great Home for a Charleston Visit

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. It was close to downtown Charleston and close to the beach. Not sure if it was a short walk though....you will need a car.

Great Location, Needs some TLC

The location was great and the property was mostly accurate to listing. Appreciated the laundry facilities. The unit could use some attention as some of the things are not functioning properly, switches and fan in downstairs bathroom, master bed really creaky, blinds that need replacing, dressers that drawers are falling out. Overall we appreciated the location and space but feel that a little investment needs to be made into the property.

Mount Pleasant

This property was clean and well supplied with the items needed for a comfortable stay. The only problem that we encountered was with the back door gate that would not close easily. Once it closed, it didn't stay closed. We were also challenged to use the upstairs tv's. Everyone in our group is over 70 years old so the problem could have been that we didn;t understand the instructions.

I booked this townhome for my sister's bachelorette trip. I would say, overall, we enjoyed the place. It is super cute and spacious. The few things I would recommend to the owner - please update the profile to state that you do have a keuring. The profile said it was not a keurig and we found that out after we purchased regular coffee. Also, I would recommend maybe including some additional box fans (or something similar) for each room. You can't turn the thermostat down past 75 and the rooms get hot during the night.

So glad to hear that a group your large liked the spacious clean accommodations! Thank you for the recommendations as well! We just purchased the kuerig and have both a normal coffee maker on site as well to give our guests options. Good idea on the box fans as well. You can turn the ac lower since we have a brand new HVAC unit.

Impeccably clean home. Full of linens (including beach towels), loved using the bikes, patio, washer/dryer. Location was perfect for our needs 1 mile from Pitt st bridge (and we walked to it daily), 15 easy min to Charleston, 10 min to plantations/patriots point/beaches, 2 min to Publix. Pool was wonderful and empty every time we went. Ages 13 - 66 absolutely enjoyed. Owner got back to me in minutes when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Good stay but pool closed :(

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here. The place was well equipped. The only downsides were the lack of pool and that the beds were uncomfortable. When we visited, the pool was closed for the entire time and it looked as though it had been shut for a while already. My kids were disappointed. I know it is a community pool and therefore the owner does not control it, but it was disappointing nonetheless; the fact that it had pool access advertised on the listng was the reason I booked this place over another in the same area.

Happy, but…

Over all we were very happy with the accommodations, and location. Our only concern was that the property wasn’t as clean as could have been. The bathrooms had hair wads on the floor and sand on the kitchen floor. Although this is not a major problem, if the owners are paying in outside agency, I thought they would like to know.
