Large pool

Lovely villa with large pool that was used all the time. Not overlooked and nice gardens. Could walk to beach, supermarket and coral bay strip, also bus stop, so good location. We had a fab week, if i was to be picky, could do with a better bbq we had to buy disposable ones and lack of grill pan or baking trays for oven, but we managed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Cassia, great pool and well maintained, was equipped with things needed for a good holiday ie plenty towels and pool towels, plenty loungers for around the pool, table and chairs on patio, good tv channel options although remote could be a pain unless it was pointed directly at the streaming box. Excellent Wi-Fi speed. We did wake one morning to no Wi-Fi and called Dave from Ezoria management team he said he would be there in 2 minutes, but it was literally 30 seconds a he rang the door bell and was on to internet provider after he realised it was not something he could fix himself, he kept us constantly updated throughout the day until it was fixed, he was very friendly and happy to help. The location was just what we were looking for and so peaceful.

Perfect villa and location

Villa Cassia is a lovely 3 bed villa with a superb good size south facing pool. It’s set in a quiet safe residential area with mountain and sea views but within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants/bars and bus routes servicing the whole island. We found the property to be clean with good supply of linen and towels and a kitchen with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay especially as we self-cater . Our only moan is that the sun beds are a little uncomfortable but this could be remedied by the addition of topper cushions but this is only a minor moan in what was a very positive experience. We would highly recommend this property and will hopefully return at some future date.

Relaxing and comfortable

The property was spotless on arrival and given the very hot weather during our stay we were delighted with the efficiency of the air conditioning. The property proved deceptively spacious with an open aspect towards the sea, yet still affording privacy. The pool was larger than expected and well maintained and the provision of towels for the sun beds was an added bonus. Although the supermarket was within easy walking distance we would still advise a rental car. The very few minor issues were promptly dealt with by Dave who was both friendly and professional. We spent 4 relaxing weeks at this property and would happily recommend it.

Lovely private villa

Loved our stay at Villa Cassia , nice and quiet street, and walking distance to the strip ( about 20 mins) but would recommend a car. Not as much personal touches as we’re used too, like welcome pack, info book, local menus etc but that’s nitpicking. The local manager Dave left us in peace but when needed was contactable and very quick to help and informative. The bbq was a bit ropey but other than that the villa was wonderful and we will certainly be considering it again for our next Cyprus visit.

A little gem

We had a wonderful fortnight at Villa Cassia. The location is perfect, as it is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the beaches and the wonderful array of restaurants and entertainment on the strip. We had a few of small issues you tend to encounter on holiday, which were sorted very quickly by the management company (Ezoria) who were excellent Great size pool to cool off in, though it wasn’t that cool due to the hot weather! Definitely not complaining though. Lovely views of the sea in the distance from the patio and a lovely place to retreat to after a lovely evening out. Will definitely return next year. Roberts family

Very relaxing but car needed

We just had 2 weeks here. Very spacious and clean Villa. Could do with a few upgrades like change of sun beds, they’re not very comfortable. Also the tv box freezes all the time, very annoying. The kitchen crockery and cutlery could do with upgrading. But apart from that, beds are comfy, showers were good and the pool is amazing. I’d recommend a car as it was a fair walk to the shops and restaurants especially when it’s 34/40 degrees heat. Overall a nice villa.

Perfect relaxation

The Villa was spotless throughout and exactly as described on the listing. We have stayed in many other villas and this was by far the cleanest! I guess we all have slightly different expectations, and if I could recommend a few points it would be some investment in slightly more comfortable garden furniture and maybe some sail awnings to assist with shade especially near the patio table area. The kitchen was very well equipped with an excellent washing machine, a must for a 10 day stay! It would have been nice to have some bathroom bin bags supplied for in light of the tissue paper requirements, but this is a minor point. We were able to enjoy all sporting TV events and some of the latest released films in the internet TV, a few pointers to use the internet TV would have helped but we eventually worked it out. All in all we had a lovely relaxing holiday in a super clean villa that was well equipped in a quiet location with a super super pool! And I think we will return next year!

Toller Pool, gute Lage

The south facing location ensures the pool is warmed to a nice temperature every day and the villa sits close to a main supermarket and petrol station. Nearest Coral Bay strip is a 5 min drive or 15min walk. Lovely place and lovely villa. We will book again
