Lovely 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool very close to the heart of Coral Bay

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa enjoys a great position on the corner of the Marina View development in Coral Bay, just across from the Ascos Hotel. This is a well appointed villa, offering excellent value for money. Perfectly positioned as the heart of Coral Bay is only a short walk away. Plenty of Bars & Restaurants to chose from here from local Cypriot Cuisine, Italian, Chinese, Indian and a great Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant. The villa is a Paschali design, so has good sized, light and pleasant rooms with open plan living, dining area with patio doors to the outside patio & pool area. The kitchen is fully fitted and attractive, with breakfast bar to dining area. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom which has patio doors leading to outside patio area and pool, the pool has roman septs for ease of access. – and also easy access to a shower room and WC. On the upper floor, are two further bedrooms, one twin and master double. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead, as well as basin and WC. Both the bedrooms on the 1st floor have access to the huge balcony affording sea views with lounge furniture and dining . Table & Chairs to enjoy a Gin n Tonic at sunset. Sunbeds by the pool to soak up the sun during the day. and lounge furniture just to chill on. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

A lovely property in a very good location - a short walk to the Coral Bay strip with bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of space - 3 beds, 2 bathrooms. Well equipped and with a lovely private pool. Car not needed but advisable to explore the beauty of the area westward along the coast. We definitely recommend staying here.

Had a fantastic two weeks break. The villa is idealily located just a 5 min walk to Coral Bay strip.The villa had everything and was just how we expected it.The welcome pack was great, as we arrived at midnight).The pool got the sun all day. The host was brilliant and midweek towel & linen change was particularly welcomed (other villas we have stayed in before typically don't do that).Special thanks for allowing us to stay on until our late flight. This made a perfect end to our trip.Will definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic 2 week stay at this lovely villa. Lisa and Felix were great hosts from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout.They arranged our airport transfers and even organised a day room at a nearby hotel when our return flight was unexpectedly rescheduled. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really stood out. For example, after a previous guest mentioned the kitchen knives were a little blunt, Lisa contacted us to let us know, and a brand-new set was waiting for us on arrival. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch after our late-night flight.The villa itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Fresh linen and towels were provided weekly and the pool was cleaned regularly.The south-facing position meant sunshine from early morning until around 8pm (June/July). The shaded downstairs veranda offered a welcome escape from the midday heat and the upstairs balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the last of the evening sun.The location is ideal, with no need to hire a car. The Strip is around a 5-minute walk away, with the supermarket and beach approximately a 15 minutes walk.We can't recommend the villa and both Lisa and Felix highly enough...we're already looking to book again for next year. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay!

Cold at night , incerficient bedding , stayed 18 days and only had beds and towels changed once . Poor quality towels and bedding .

HI gosh the below is totally made up! and really shouldnt be allowed people will see from other reviews your comments are unfounded. and we were left with a big redecorating bill on your departure!!! Each bed has sheets and bed covers and in the cupboards spare covers!. you asked for blankets as well and we brought the same day! you also all had one bath one pool and one hand towel. Unfortunately you came and we were having the worst weather in 20years of living here! In march. this is something out of our control.but you had ac that heats, You chose to come in march and you always run risk with weather at this time of year! To have all of you showering and never once opening the bathroom window in 18 days left us with a bathroom full of mould, it was truly shocking to walk into. we had to decorate the walls and ceilings and re grout, I private messaged you about it but you chose to ignore it,, never had a guest disrespect the property in such a way! we are very lucky with 70% repeats as they love the villa and what we do.

Location Location Location! Perfect location to walk to the bars, restaurants, shops, beach, bus stop & supermarket. Overall pretty quiet. Not overlooked. Relatively quiet side road, a few coaches go past but didn’t affect our stay at all. Very few people walk past the end of the garden as it’s a dead end.Good size property. We were a family of 4 but allowed the kids a room each. (One bed missing a top sheet but not an issue as we had more beds than we needed so didn’t report it). Had everything we needed. A welcome pack of food & drinks gratefully received Lisa was very receptive, helpful & responded instantly to messages via the app (small issue with some towels & a hairdryer that broke and was resolved within hours). If I had raised any other issues no doubt she would also have dealt with them.Sofas & lounge very comfortable. Didn’t use the TV. A little dated in some areas. Bathrooms appeared old with a lack of shelving / caddy for cosmetics. Both showers had curtains that we felt needed replacing, but when I told Lisa this on the last day she said she would do this. Upstairs shower over bath seemed to leak onto the floor however well we positioned the curtain. I much prefer a shower screen!White swimwear and inflatables seemed to turn green with the pool water. Lisa however had full confidence in her poolman & felt it was due to sun lotion. We however have never had this issue in other holiday pools with white swimwear and sun lotion.So

we are so pleased you had a great stay at the villa. loved the location, our guest care and responsiveness and welcome pack. The beds either have two sheets or a sheet with quilt cover. A shower screen wouldn't be possible in the downstairs bathroom due to the shape and location of the shower? the upstairs one you need to ensure the shower curtain is inside the bath not outside and the floor will stay dry but we are looking at sourcing a shower screen for this bathroom. We will have a look this week for some corner caddies for the bathroom floor, this should help with your toiletries. people normally have enough space at the end of the bath on the shelf but its something we can sort. The pool company we use is the one who train everyone in CPO license over here so can thoroughly recommend their standards, it is the sun crem that reacts with the chlorine and sun ( only certain brands for some reason) that can turn the colour of swimwear and inflatables. we recommend you always put cream on for 30 mins before entering the water to stop this occuring. thank you for looking after the villa so well

Lovely villa with south facing patio/pool which had the sun from 7 am to 7 pm (mid June) but there is shade too if you want to escape the sun. Pool was a perfect size and temperature for 2 people lazing around on lilos. Quiet location but only 2 mins walk away from the strip and 10-15 mins walk to the massive Phillipos supermarket/cash n carry, and who will drive you back with your shopping - just ask the cashier and wait outside. Excellent communications with host (Lisa) who booked our return airport taxi who was spot on time and she responded to queries before and during our stay almost immediately. Couldn't find ways to access the local beach even by going through the Ascos Coral Beach Hotel (almost opposite) or the aparthotel at the bottom of the hill and only walked to Coral Bay beach (15 mins ish) once - it was packed!Upstairs terrace, accessed from both bedrooms, was lovely for an evening sundowner. Air con very effective and villa is fairly well equipped - although knives could be sharper as tomatoes were more squashed than sliced, perhaps some storage or cabinet in the bathrooms would be appreciated, and the oven temp seemed higher than the setting indicated - but if those are our only gripes I could be accused of nit picking! Overall, a lovely relaxing stay and if visiting that area again, we would have no hesitation of seeing if it was available.

HI We are so pleased you had a great stay with us and loved the villa its location etc. you should have asked for a knife when you asked for extra pool towels and seat cushions which you had delivered by 7am in the morning. The knives aren't tested for sharpness between lets just checked they are cleaned , we would have got you a new sharper one, we only found out when you put on a review when there is little we can do to rectify for you. we did however buy a couple for the next guests once you had made us aware via the review. I have tested the oven with our portable thermometer and 180 is at 180 not any hotter? the bathroom isnt very large so we donot have space for separate storage but there is the ledge along the back of the bath which has plenty of space for shampoo, conditioner etc.. around the washbasin and top of toilet? thank you for looking after the villa so well. kind regards Lisa

We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days and it was fantastic! We were four adults and two babies and felt it really met our needs. The pool is awesome and really good size. The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. Because of the way the villa is laid out there are loads of different spots for a meal which kept it varied. We loved the bbq. We hired a car but think that it would be easy to be there without one as there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but villa itself is nice and peaceful.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Potima. Lots of good points but the standouts for us was the fab big pool, the location to the strip, just a couple of minutes walk and the water pressure low water pressure has spoilt my holiday before now! We didn't give 5 stars because it was a little noisy for us, not massively, We're usually more remote so not used to any noisy. We had a problem with the aircon but that was fixed within a couple of days. We would definitely stay again.

Great location for beaches and dining

10 day stay at this property was fantastic. The villa met our expectations physically. The location was very convenient. Walking distance from excellent restaurants, groceries, and shops. 6 minute drive to the best beach in the area. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again I will definitely consider staying again.

Great location

The villa was in a great location. Close to all you need. The villa itself was just what you see in the photos so that was great. There was a great manual that’s been put together with everything you need to know. Would definitely recommend.

Great holiday

Nice clean villa in 5 minutes walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Local supermarket has got everything you could want and will deliver your shopping if you don’t hire a car. We have stayed in the Paphos area many times but this was our first stay in Coral Bay and we loved it.

Fantastic holiday

The villa was very clean and had everything we wanted. Location was perfect. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars and supermarket yet quiet. Coral Bay beach is 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk. Lisa and Felix were wonderful throughout booking process and also when we had a query during our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great holiday.

Excellent villa, great location!

This was our second stay at Villa Potima. Once again great communication from Lisa and a welcoming pack ready for our arrival! Villa is very clean and in such a great location for all the bars and restaurants on the strip. Great relaxing holiday, will be back next year! Reed Family.

Great location and great hosts

Firstly thank you to Lisa and Felix for all the communication and nothing was to much trouble. The villa has everything you need a nice size pool sunbeds and shade .We have no complaints and would definitely come back .2 min walk to restaurants and pubs and 20 min walk to nice beach

We stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks this month. Owners Lisa and Felix could not have been more attentive. All queries responded to very quickly. The welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived was such a surprise and most welcome. Airport transfers arranged for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely rebook. Ideal for access to the Main Street and all the amenities.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

The location near to the beaches and Restaurants is a huge asset. No need for a car while you on holiday. The villa offers all you could need for the perfect sunshine beach holiday whilst being able to walk to all the local bars and restaurants There is also a great bus service from Coral Bay to Paphos which runs every 15 minutes.
