Great apartment. No elevator and apartment is on the top floor so need to climb 5 flights of stairs. Close to several great restaurants and a grocery store. Close to the train station.

Very clean location close to attractions in Venice. (Easy walking distance.) Responsive hosts who even helped me get settled a little early based upon my inbound flight time! Highly recommended.

Location location location. Property is very near to Rialto bridge which is very convenient for an over packer like myself. Amazing restaurants and attractions nearby. I fell in love with Venezia and this property definitely had a lot to do with that.

Lovely location, good communication with the host, very comfortable apartment with fairly up to date features. The stairs are a bit of a climb, but worth it! Dealing with garbage was an adventure, but that seems to be a Venitian feature...

Perfect location and great host!

The apartment is in the perfect location! Brigitte met us and helped us get settled. She recommended where and when to ride a Gondola as well as the best restaurant nearby for a very unique and romantic dinner experience. The apartment was clean and well stocked with necessities. We would definitely book here again!

Great Apartment with lots of Narrow Steps!!!

Loved the apartment. Host is very nice. Apartment is perfect size for a couple. Clothes washer means less packing and lighter bags!!! But there are still those 47 narrow steps to the 3rd floor.

Great hideaway

The apartment is lovely and in a perfect central location. Although Venice was hot during our visit, the AC was adequate and kept us comfortable. The building entry and stair is a bit shabby - and remember it is a 3-story climb - but the unit is terrific, quiet and clean.

Had a great stay here! Apartment is as described. Great communication. Clean, spacious, notes on the apartment amenities were helpful. Quiet building. It is on the 4th floor (no elevator like majority of buildings in Italy), but not really a big deal..just be aware of it. Close to everything you need to see and do in Venice. Don’t forget to check out Crazy Pizza just around the corner, as well as the gelaterie next to Hotel Da Bruno!! Have the Venetia cream gelato!!! 100% recommend staying here!

Located near Rialto Bridge

This spot is close to Rialto (vaporetto), Basicilla, and lots of shopping and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of steps to the fourth floor, which we weren’t. Would have been okay if we had not over-packed our bags. Overall a great stay!

Location perfection

This gem was in the heart of Venice. Close to everything. Loved it. Only down fall was the 4 flights of stairs to get to it. But that just meant you could eat more pasta, right?!

Perfect Location, But 44 steps to climb

This was a great property. Location is in between Rialto Bridge and St. Marks Square. Easy walking to both. All sorts of shops, grocery, restaurants. Apartment is set back in a deadend, but you just walk to the end and you are in a bustling area. Was perfect for us, but 44 steps is a lot for anyone with any bad knees or hips.

Stay in Costello/Venice

The apartment was amazing, wonderful location, close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. Rooms were quite roomy for an historic region in Venice. Check in process was excellent with host arranging someone to meet us, take us to the apartment and show us the challenges of operating various equipment in the apartment. Please note, if you have mobility issues, there are many flights of stairs.

Nice apartment

The apartment had a nice layout and was cozy. Everything worked and the bathroom was great! I was happy to be in a bathroom that had room to move around. We were late arriving but were still greeted in a friendly manner and taken to the apartment. There are 55 steps up to it but we didn't mind (once we got the suitcase up there). Good location and we loved the island. Thank you for making your place available.

Great location

Everything they advertised. Only problem we ran into was I had a hard time getting an internet connection to contact the host at the meeting spot. A very nice girl from one of the shops contacted him for me, she said that area was hard to get service.
