Relax by the fire in the living room or make the most of the spacious shared garden. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including space to dine together. Enjoy finding cosy nooks to get lost in a book or to watch the surrounding view change. Throughout, the house is bright and airy and both bedrooms have views across the garden and surrounding village. A super king-size bedroom and a twin room mean this cottage is perfect for a family trip or a couples getaway.
Bring the family dogs and make the most of the garden which leads down to Blockley Brook. Watch as ducks paddle past and enjoy the gentle sounds as the water flows by. French doors open from beside the kitchen to a private patio with a bistro set while the shared gardens frame the cottage.

Exposed beams, country cream hues and a wood burner effect electric fire give the room a classic cottage feel. Comfortably seating up to four guests, the living room is elegant and cosy. Kitchen/Dining Area The well-equipped kitchen/diner has sweeping views of the cottage’s beautiful rear garden. Decorated in a classic farmhouse style you’ll find all you need for a self-catered stay, including an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and plenty of bakeware, crockery and glassware. An attractive oak dining table and seating offer the perfect place to enjoy a feast, sat alongside the French doors, which open directly on to the garden, perfect for enjoying a sunrise or sunset.
First Floor Bedroom One Overlooking the front of the house is the master bedroom with a spacious super king-size bed perfect for couples, with its own TV. There is a large, built-in wardrobe, dressing table and elegant armchair. Decorated in a sunny yellow hue, this bedroom has a calming bright feel with lovely views over the shared garden to the front of the cottage.
Bedroom Two Sitting across the landing is bedroom two, a twin room with plenty of space. The two beds are placed at opposite ends of the room with dressing tables and a built-in wardrobe. Benefiting from beautiful views over the cottage’s garden and out towards the church in the centre of the village, guests will love perching by the low-lying windowsill and watching the local wildlife enjoying the brook that runs along the edge of the garden.
Bathroom The cottage's family bathroom sits conveniently between the bedrooms and features a full-length bath with a shower over. Elegant charcoal grey wall tiling beautifully complements the mosaic-style flooring creating a relaxing spa-like bathroom finished with thoughtful and luxurious touches.
Outside Stepping Stones has beautiful, shared gardens to its front and side with a private patio. It's in the back garden where Stepping Stones' magic really comes alive with the meandering Blockley Brook directly along the edge of the rear garden. Two bistro-style tables and four seats on the terrace are perfect for al fresco sundowners after a busy day exploring the Cotswolds. The brook is a haven for local birds, ducks and wildlife, younger guests will love wiling away the hours paddling at the brook’s shore, whilst older guests can relax on the patio with the gentle sounds of the brook in the background.
