Enjoy being 1-2 miles from University of Colorado, Pulpit Rock hiking trails, Palmer Park hiking and mountain biking trails, Colorado Springs Country Club, and also one of Colorado Springs largest and newest shopping centers - University Village. We are a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs with easy access to I-25, the main road outside our neighborhood can be taken directly to Garden of the Gods. Soak in gorgeous views of the Front Range from the spacious backyard and large deck. We've made sure to add all the comforts of home to enrich your stay and are very responsive to the needs of our guests.

What makes this property unique
You'll love the deck! It's set up to enjoy at night also as there are lights strung across the pergola. There is also an area with seating on the lawn with a firepit.
